Regarding the BAM, going waaay back (to his 1st trial, IIRC) was he claiming he had it to get rid of the <many> chipmunks around their house or other wildlife?

Or was he just claiming to be going on a shooting spree to kill the chipmunks on that fateful day?

Or was he trying to implicate Suzanne in "using" a tranquiluzer due to her cancer pain, re the syringe he said he found nearby?

Apologies, I can't keep his stories straight...

If the BAM is reserved for tranquilizing large animals to disable them, e.g., 90% of the time, hope this info he had some and only mentioned going after chipmunks around their property will be laughable.

As I recall, BM mentioned chipmunks as the reason for his cell phone showing movements all around the property the day of the murder. He said he was shooting chipmunks with a .22, not trying to dart them with a tranquilizer gun. IMO

I'm inferring from the comments about her body that it was not in buried in the soil, but rather kept in some kind of state where full decomposition occurred to the point of skeletonization, along with bleaching of the bones as if left fully exposed to the sun.

Almost like an open crypt. But where could you do that without drawing attention of animals, carrion feeders, or people?

I don't think the sun. My take, his hotel room smelled of bleach for a reason. And then there was that missing hunting cooler.

Bleach degrades organic matter, specifically the collagen, that holds the bones together. Im going to guess, he was hoping the degradation could potentially affect any chemical residues from BAM present in her bones.

TBH, I'm relieved she kept it tightly zipped.

After the prior court debacle, the last thing this case needs is too much information being shared with the media.

This will likely be the last word the prosecution team shares outside of a courtroom until after his guilty verdict.

Boxer they have been supportive of what he has told them all this time. Do you really think they will turn on him just because a grand jury has indicted dear old dad again? Don’t think so. The road ahead for them will be bumpy. It’s hard to change your mind when you’ve been locked into that lie with him for so long. They must be heartbroken. But I always knew a day would come when they were hit squarely in the face with truth. Barry should plead guilty. He took their mom from them then lied to their faces. It makes no sense that they would have been there. I watched the footage of the room after the presser ended. Did not see them.

The bleach smell was chlorine from the pool on the main floor. The hotel manager sent a letter to LE explaining that that bank of rooms above the pool had regular complaints about the smell.
