Now that we know he moved her, I wonder how many times he moved her.

Was he trying to stage an abduction 1000x badly?

Of all the things, he had time to disappear her for all time and chose Moffat instead.

Panicked, irrational thinking has come home to roost.

12th District DA Ann Kelley has strong ties to Boulder where the Special Deputy District Attorney (Fred Johnson) who ran the grand jury comes from.

Johnson was also responsible for the 2017 Indictment of Mark Redwine -- the father who murdered his son Dylan. This is important as Colorado rarely uses a grand jury and typically arrests and charges by Information & Complaint.

The bleach smell was chlorine from the pool on the main floor. The hotel manager sent a letter to LE explaining that that bank of rooms above the pool had regular complaints about the smell.
There were empty chlorine containers from the hot tub in Suzanne's car. Possibly there were more that were used.

He probably expected some kind of professional courtesy, thinking he'd Ford Bronco it to Mexico and then disappear but nope, cuff, cuff. I hope it was in front of a wide audience.

Suzanne had no warning.

I thought waaay back when this story broke, that the hotel itself said they didn't use chlorine ??
Omo.

A manager at the hotel, where rooms go for as little as $92, said workers do not use chlorine to clean rooms.

The hotel has confirmed that they do not use chlorine to clean guest rooms and that the hotel pool was closed at the time of Morphew's visit.

From the Fox affiliate link : Wanted to add that it's possible the pool did not use any chlorine in it, even when it was open for guest use ?
Some pools do not use it, but use other options.
Imo.

No nothing new at this PC

She uses a lot of umms
I think Anne Kelly is a breathe of fresh air and also very politically savy - she could not be more opposite personality wise than "she who will not be mentioned" the former DA.
Lots and lots of cross jurisdictional efforts with other DA's sheriffs, LE agencies, and she is gracious and thanks them all. Smart.
Phil Weiser the Colo AG/candiadate for Gov I think appointed her initially and I am taking a leap that he wants her to succeed so that is great support.
I agree there was nothing new - she referred people to the indictment vs answer the questions - she did stress that they were all extremely thorough and that they are ready to go.

The quick little presser though was a very positive way to lay a foundation to move forward if not too informational.
I look forward to Barry Lee's perp walk
I am so hopeful for the right outcome -
Absolutely Guilty - 💯

Iirc that came from Iris.

And indeed those rooms probably did smell of pool chemicals during normal hotel operations. This was during the pandemic lockdown. No pool.

IMO Barry bathed SM in chemicals to wash DNA, erase BAM....

He did a bang up job convicting himself.

He owns(ed) a boutique trailer park. I hope the Daily Mail post pictures.

I wonder if he’ll have the same attorney?

Absolutely fantastic!!!
OMG!!!! Finally!!!!!! This has made my year, thank you God 🙏🏻. Barry, Karma is a patient gangster!

Morphew's attorney, David Beller of Recht Kornfeld, told The Denver Gazette his client maintains his innocence.

"Yet again, the government allows their pre-determined conclusion to lead their search for evidence," Beller said. "Barry maintains his innocence. The case has not changed and the outcome will not either."

😂😂😂😂 Barry hired a comedian instead of a lawyer.

All I heard from the presser was BM is presumed guilty because he's guilty.
(Note: That's NOT really what she said that's what I heard.) ;)

Interesting... from the presser, we learned Alex Walker is now the undersheriff of Chaffee County. Alex Walker authored the initial 125+ page AA.

Eeek, looks like cow udders under his eyes, more wrinkles, and a loss of hair !

Hear that?

The sound of Jonny Grusing coming out of retirement to meet up with his old friend Barry.

Oh, Barry. He's not your friend.

JMO
I cannot wait to see Jonny Grusing on the witness stand.
