Would love to know whether the arrangement of SM's skeletonized remains where they were discovered suggested anything more than appears in the GJ indictment.

That is, did the skeletonized remains appear to have been "poured" haphazardly out of a container onto the ground of that shallow grave and then they were left lying where they landed with some dirt thrown over them? Did the soil of the grave contain anything suggesting chlorinated or otherwise treated water was poured in that area too? Or, were the remains perhaps laid there in a tarp which was then pulled out from under them?

So, is there a missing container (such as the reportedly missing coolers) or a missing tarp that were disposed of somewhere around the time the remains were moved?

I think Anne Kelly is a breathe of fresh air and also very politically savy - she could not be more opposite personality wise than "she who will not be mentioned" the former DA.
Lots and lots of cross jurisdictional efforts with other DA's sheriffs, LE agencies, and she is gracious and thanks them all. Smart.
Phil Weiser the Colo AG/candiadate for Gov I think appointed her initially and I am taking a leap that he wants her to succeed so that is great support.
I agree there was nothing new - she referred people to the indictment vs answer the questions - she did stress that they were all extremely thorough and that they are ready to go.

The quick little presser though was a very positive way to lay a foundation to move forward if not too informational.
I look forward to Barry Lee's perp walk
I am so hopeful for the right outcome -
Absolutely Guilty - 💯

I think I mentioned this when we figured out that Kelly would be prosecuting this case - I'm in Colorado and work in the domestic violence field and know multiple people who worked with her in Boulder. They all simply could not think more highly of her. [Modsnip: please leave political commentary out of this discussion] Kelly has a sterling reputation with everyone.

He owns(ed) a boutique trailer park. I hope the Daily Mail post pictures.

I wonder if he’ll have the same attorney?

Here is Iris' linked in - she seems to be focused on other issues altho I guess it remains to be seen if he can get her to represent him again - never say never
My big assumption is that she probably reccommended his current Denver lawyer - David Beller from Recht Kornfield
Here is his linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidbeller/

Now that we know he moved her, I wonder how many times he moved her.

Was he trying to stage an abduction 1000x badly?

Of all the things, he had time to disappear her for all time and chose Moffat instead.

Panicked, irrational thinking has come home to roost.

I agree. He's more on the "disorganized" end of criminal behavior. That seemed clear from the beginning and is ultimately his downfall.

Your idea that he might have wanted to do an abduction 1000X is fascinating. He might have had that obsession at the core of his irrational and violent thinking.

The moving of the body is an incredible set of details. I am assuming that he did in fact place her up around where those original searches took place (does that account for his collapse during one particular part of the search?) As he said about himself, he "always likes to keep busy" and is a very energetic person.

The reburial is so bizarre.

Barry mad. That's the true Barry, and most terribly the face Suzanne saw on May 9.
Thread moving fast here, not sure if this has been posted: during the presser Q&A DA Kelly was asked BM’s demeanor at arrest and she said that will be part of their presentation at trial. What the heck? Dying to know…

I was thinking about how new inmates of jails react to their arrests. I wonder if he tried to flee or bargain or BS his way out of it. Would love to know.

The bleach smell was chlorine from the pool on the main floor. The hotel manager sent a letter to LE explaining that that bank of rooms above the pool had regular complaints about the smell.
Maybe he picked that location/room for that very reason. On top of everything else he did to cover his tracks, now we find out that he possibly bleached the bones and changed her clothes as well. Sad to think about but there is no telling how far he went.

Does anyone have any additional information on the cancer port found with her body?
I have no additional info, only speculation: there had to have been flesh remaining to 'hold' the port in place, unless the move from the original/previous location(s) included 'scooping' up the remains + underlying earth/debris via a front loader or other broad-bucket earth-moving device.
