This is AMAZING news. I was beginning to worry. I am so happy to know he was finally arrested and they do seem to have a strong case. Justice is coming for Sweet Suzanne.

I wonder if her daughters are going to ever see reality?
Purple emphasis mine.
One would hope so !

I wonder if he didn't allow them to grieve for her ?
It wouldn't shock me, tbh.
Selfish arrogant bleep.
Imo

Here's an article with a little bit about the Grand Jury deliberations that led to the warrant:

I have always figured he moved to Gilbert because it is cheaper than CO, and also because he might have figured he'd fall off the radar back in CO (he's not the world's brightest bulb, imo).
Curious if he thought he was finally home free ?
Imo.

I have no additional info, only speculation: there had to have been flesh remaining to 'hold' the port in place, unless the move from the original/previous location(s) included 'scooping' up the remains + underlying earth/debris via a front loader or other broad-bucket earth-moving device.
See, I wonder if he inserted the cancer port and fed the BAM in that way. And yes, either got it scooped up with the body when moving it or it was attached to something.

Interesting. Likely smothered post-sedation. Body stored indoor/sealed. No insect or scavenger access during decomp. Hair likely detached early during decomp and stayed at storage site. No hair mass found w/ remains. Body mostly skeletonized before move. Remains staged (possibly dressed). Placed in shallow grave well after death . Site shows minimal insect/scavenger activity. Classic secondary disposal. imo
Graphic :

Wonder if he'd purchased some type of plastic sealed bag like maybe for a pet's remains and rented a storage unit to hide her ?
Any foul and disrespectful treatment of Suzanne's remains by Barry wouldn't surprise me.
Imo.

Maybe Suzanne's daughters attending the press conference means they feel safe now that he's been arrested. JMO
This is what I have been saying all along. They were living in fear knowing what he was capable of and did. These poor girls, living and pretending amongst a man who was their father and a monster. Beyond what any of us can imagine going through.

I cannot wait to see Jonny Grusing on the witness stand.

I don't think Barry will be as eager to see him.

I can't tell you how much I enjoy knowing that.

SM had been treated/was being treated for cancer (more than one occurrence IIRC); finding a port isn't surprising; finding it at the 'new' burial site is. PLUS: BM would have to ensure the port was buried along with the remains for exactly the reason you commented: he may have used the port to inject BAM, with SM being none the wiser if she believed he was giving her a cancer treatment shot .. assuming she was on an active perscription.

Can long-time posters interpret the indictment? It’s small print on my phone. Does it say he moved her and redressed her?

The whole indictment is read aloud here.

I would not be surprised if they did stand by him. Control/losing everything. It just wouldn't surprise me. IMO

Thread moving fast here, not sure if this has been posted: during the presser Q&A DA Kelly was asked BM’s demeanor at arrest and she said that will be part of their presentation at trial. What the heck? Dying to know…

I noted that too.
It is odd. Usually it’s just routine “he cooperated” or not.
I’m wondering if he might have shouted something incriminating as they were taking him in.

Edit: typo

BBM
Here is Iris' linked in - she seems to be focused on other issues altho I guess it remains to be seen if he can get her to represent him again - never say never
My big assumption is that she probably reccommended his current Denver lawyer - David Beller from Recht Kornfield
Here is his linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidbeller/

He must have limited funds by now.

A pity.

Maybe during the arrest: "I'm not Barry Morphew. I'm Lee Moore!" ;-)

I like seeing the duck brigade assembling again!
I need to find mine.
