Heard this later than others, right before the press conference. I nearly cried and my poor Mom moved here to CO after this and didn't understand when I literally put my fists up in the air and practically yelled "YES FINALLY" lol ... but we watched the press conference together and I tried to fill her in on some things.

I did always think he might have moved her at some point. I thought he had her in a cooler (or coolers yuck, sorry) because those were missing according to family. Wouldn't it be awesome if they have somehow found those/that cooler(s)???? I am curious to know though where she was originally, especially if they think she was exposed for quite some time in the elements before she was ultimately found. :( :( this all makes me very sick to my stomach.

Someone else theorized this before but I can't remember who, I'm so sorry, but I think he tranq'd her that Friday (?) afternoon while or right after she was messaging and sunning on the deck, shot her with a dart from afar. She ran ("squirrel chasing" and odd movements in the house) but then succumbed to the tranquilizers. I suspect he then left the house with her still alive (because IIRC there was no evidence of a deceased person in the house or property? Please someone remind me, I need to go back over previous evidence!). Then strangled/smothered her elsewhere. Or possibly, Lord help me for saying and I'm sorry, put her in a cooler while still alive. God I hope not but...

I hope he rots in eternal H***

I feel bad for his daughters. I hope they have gotten away from him and are doing as well as they can.

Does anyone know if he is still with SD? Just curious.

Phil Weiser the Colo AG/candiadate for Gov I think appointed her initially and I am taking a leap that he wants her to succeed so that is great support.
^^rsbm

Phil Weiser did not appoint AK and did his best to harm her once she was elected DA a few months later! Weiser tried to assign Kelly a full-time "coach" at her expense--past the four-month term remaining by her predecessor. (I feared AK would end up with a mole in her office feeding info to Weiser's good friend IE)! I posted the hearings held on this in previous threads. It was LE, businesses, and the citizens who spoke up for Kelly-- essentially telling the AG, "It's not going to happen on our watch!"

IMO, AK has been a gift to Southern Colo-- her office has accomplished much already.

SM had been treated/was being treated for cancer (more than one occurrence IIRC); finding a port isn't surprising; finding it at the 'new' burial site is.
Thank you, my search missed that the first time. If she was in a box of some sort to clean the soft tissue from the body, then the port would have ended up there. Dump the content of the box and it goes along for the ride. Or even purposefully getting the port and adding it to the new site because it SHOULD be with her, after all.

Sorry, just thinking of the logistics of cleaning the bones while maintaining the integrity of the clothing, without having to redress a skeleton. I'm not coming up with much.

Not for the squeamish

I can’t help wondering how Linda Stanley is feeling tonight.

Oh and what was the Sheriff’s name, it’s escaping me right now.
Sheriff John Spezze :), who has since retired. Providing link below for those interested.

As I recall, BM mentioned chipmunks as the reason for his cell phone showing movements all around the property the day of the murder. He said he was shooting chipmunks with a .22, not trying to dart them with a tranquilizer gun. IMO
So Suzanne was a "chipmunk" much as Tylee Ryan was a "raccoon". GRRRR!

Bbm.
Some very good points !
Esp. the bolded.

Oh, Barry... you thought of everything didn't you ?
Or not.

Barry had been living in a trailer park in Arizona? What happened to all his money, Iris ate it all up? What’s the deal with the new pro bono guy? Do we know anything about him and why he’s willing to take on a losing case?
I found this article about Beller:

It talks about his work on defending Willie Clark, who killed Broncos player Darrent Williams on NYE 2007, and how he sort of felt that it was his job to humanize the clearly guilty defendant to the jury and help him avoid a death sentence (which Colorado no longer has).

Hmm. It does appear he likes high profile (losing?) cases.

Graphic :

Wonder if he'd purchased some type of plastic sealed bag like maybe for a pet's remains and rented a storage unit to hide her ?
Any foul and disrespectful treatment of Suzanne's remains by Barry wouldn't surprise me.
Imo.
There are multiple storage unit facilities in the Buena Vista and Johnson Village areas (on the way to where BM drove to the "job" in the southern part of Denver on May 10 and around the area where he turned his phone back on the morning of May 10). But I'd expect that if the remains were placed in a storage unit, BM likely used some kind of sealed container (like the reportedly missing hunting coolers or perhaps a lidded barrel that could not be traced to him).

ETA: Maybe that large, wide "tree pot" he threw away at the hotel in Broomfield was utilized to hold a barrel in the bed of his truck until he arrived in Buena Vista or Johnson Village to stow the barrel in a storage unit?

Au contraire Mr. Beller.

To quote @Warwick7 BAM

LE’s very thorough search for anyone who might have purchased BAM turned up only one civilian. Your client. The case has changed and so wIll the outcome.
And sold by only one (per the AA) company in the Unified States.

Smoking  gun BAM

Snipped from article:

Barry, who owned a scruffy trailer park in Cave Creek, will now be extradited to the San Luis Valley in Colorado to face charges.

His 'Stardust Trailer Park' billed itself a 'boutique community' offering short and long-term rentals, but had a dilapidated and depressing air when visited by DailyMail.com in 2024.

His daughters have yet to comment on the charges brought against their father.

I do love how the DM describes Barry's trailer park bidness:

"Scruffy....dilapidated....depressing."

Sounds exactly right.

It should have been called Shady Acres.
