But, Sho, I trusted you...I really, really hope they’ve split.
And she turns on him.

She can’t hear you - she’s out buying mouthwash by the bucketload.Calling LE's Bluff?
@MassGuy Thx for link and quote.
Hey, Hurricane Iris,
When a crim def atty tries to call (what is claimed to be) LE's bluff about something like BAM, sometimes it turns out LE was not bluffing about it.
Of course, Ms Iris, YMMV.
SourceAfter the first set of charges were dismissed, Barry Morphew filed a $15 million lawsuit against the Eleventh Judicial District Attorney's Office, the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and the CBI, claiming he was wrongfully charged in his wife's disappearance and, at the time, presumed death in May 2023. That case was dismissed in September 2024.
I’m thinking bleach, cooler and the creek may make an appearance at trial.Pool was shuttered.
Bet bleach features in the trial and not just pretty boy's frostedmipstips.

I'm not sure he has any assets left to transfer. I think he's tapped out. Iris lifted most of his remaining assets from him, I bet. Then it was downhill from there.Or transferred all his assets
Logically you’d think the timing may have been connected to the house sale, but I can’t believe they wouldn’t have found her if so before that.Agree with public rented storage not being Barry's thing. He's a cagey kinda guy (literally caged now!) and don't think he'd take that risk, but maybe under an alias such as Lee Moore he would? Wonder how long he's been using that alias?
Can't get over the shallow grave as secondary and final location. Where on earth would he have put her at first? When did he move her ? Did he have help (SD)? he was being surveiled by LE for a time, when did they start surveillance because that could narrow the time frame
And SD trespassing on PP property is still shady as heck, and now mind is in creative overdrive!

Just what every little Sho-Sho dreams of reallyI'm not sure he has any assets left to transfer. I think he's tapped out. Iris lifted most of his remains assets from him, I bet. The it was downhill from there.
He was living in a rundown desert trailer park in a funky old RV. By himself.
I really think that he should have gone with Les Moore. JMO.![]()
Les is Moore, more or less.As in the famous epitaph from Boot Hill in Tombstone?
"Here lies Lester Moore, four slugs from a .44, no Les, no more"![]()
Awful thought about the redressing of her remains. He is such an evil being. Queasy tummy at the thought tbhLogically you’d think the timing may have been connected to the house sale, but I can’t believe they wouldn’t have found her if so before that.
I can’t get past him presumably dressing her skeleton remains in her biking clothes. That would be utterly depraved.

Corrected- unknown if BM owns or just rented a space at Stardust.
I’m thinking bleach, cooler and the creek may make an appearance at trial.
Link to the assessor's showing he owned it.

I honestly wonder now when he moved her.
Lime bleaches bone if I'm not mistaken.
I wonder if she hadn't been hidden -- but already moved from -- places where LE searched extensively, but in sad vain.
The beach property comes to mind.
The location buried under ice cap.
LE didn't invent those places. Barry's digital trail must have shown him to be at various locations for extended periods, leading to searches there, from which he'd already moved her.
She would have been found if he hadn't moved her.
Thought redressing her, if found, would lock down the abduction while biking fable -- bleach must have addled his brain.

Agreed. I just did a deep dive into the AZ Assessor's site and it looks like BM is not the listed owner. I wonder why the DM concluded he was the owner.
BM squirreling himself away in a trailer is interesting either way, especially given the fact that he (on paper) signed over the IN house to the older daughter.
"Successful businessman" my behind.
He begged Suzanne to loan him her inheritance money and complained, guilted and gaslit her when she balked. And Suzanne did say that most of their fights were about money.
Methinks BM's finances are much, much more of an issue than he would have everyone believe.
Give him his due - he thought he was being really thorough.... making sure the chemo port was there, dressing her bones (this is turning my stomach) in the clothing that would back up his story but he's just not clever enough to get it right. If he was going to move her at all, why not take a vacation to California or NYC or somewhere and leave poor Suzanne there? Or why'd he even move her at all - he'd got away with it so far. I bet he's sick that he chose someone else's hiding place. Lazy and obvious? After putting the BAM in his hands, the key point seems to be demonstrating that she was injected while alive. That is proven because her body had begun to metabolize the drug.

What exactly happened? He murdered her and hid her body, but then for some unknown reason decided that her body should be found wearing biking clothing. Was he afraid that BAM would be detected in soft tissue or hair so he waited until she was nothing but bones, not realizing that BAM would be found in her bone marrow? Did he assume that locating her body in biking clothing would clear him? Did he assume that investigators would speculate that animals took her hair?
Did he put her body near her house because he wanted it to be found and so the children could move on?
