I'm not going to use hundreds and hundreds of words, but I'll add a few more to what you just pointed out. Should #TeamBarry choose to go the alternate suspect route, here's what they have to prove about our mystery man, Person X, to make it even remotely plausible:

X knew Barry had BAM.
X knew where Barry kept his BAM.
X had access to Barry's BAM.
X knew Barry was going to Broomfield Sunday despite Barry having only made the decision at the last minute to go to Broomfield that day.
X knew MM was away that weekend.
X knew exactly what time MM was expected back home that day.
X staged the bike ride and planted the bike and helmet in broad daylight after killing her to make it look like a random abduction when it would have been much lower risk to murder and leave her at the house.
X took the risk of shooting Suzanne with BAM first vs. killing her in another way, despite the fact that there was no way of knowing if/how long the BAM would need to take affect and whether in fact it would be lethal.
X disposed of her somewhere and then returned to the site later on, retrieved her remains and then dumped them in Saguache County.

Occam says Person X is not some mysterious alternate suspect.
Occam says Person X is Barry.
And through some form of telepathy, Barry knew that Suzanne’s murderer was going to stage a bike ride. Barry leaned way in on the bike ride theory immediately, whether it was a mountain lion or Mr X. In the morning, when she never rode, near her home, where she never rode.

How did this mysterious thief then leave the cap in the tumble dryer along with Barry's shorts?
Some one stole it is dead in the water before it even starts!!
IIRC I thought they said the cap in the dryer was not from the BAM needle.

As part of that arrest, perhaps his car was seized and with a warrant searched. Any findings IMO would be relayed to his arrest IMO. So maybe it's nothing he did or said but something they found.

Still, 'without incidence' doesn't necessarily mean he didn't say anything.

Instead of defiant, he may have been especially cooperative, tired or wiser.

If he said anything at all, it's not automatically proof of anything but it is evidence for the record.

Even just "you've got the wrong guy" is notable.

I think AK was just giving her standard reply to a question at the presser that the standard reply was not really a fit for - so the answer was awkward. IMO it means nothing

What if they say she was held somewhere for a time before she was disposed of? I am not saying this is what happened but I am not sure if they can say how long she has been deceased. I think this could be an option for defense.
If the forensic anthropologist could determine that the BAM had begun to metabolize, I suspect they'd be able to give a solid expert opinion on how long the BAM may have been in her system to metabolize to that point, but no further.

The ME associated the BAM and death as well.

I don't think there's a case for captivity beyond the hours she may have been sedated while in Barry's company... and he said he was home all afternoon and evening. It was a great day. No drinking, the one plate steak, the sex.

Guessing the BAM itself exposes the general time of death.

If someone can find it, it's worth posting that bodycam video of Barry arriving at the staged bike scene that night. The most unconvincing acting I've seen since Sharknado.

Hops out of his truck and literally the first words out of his mouth are something like, "So, mountain lion, you think?" or words to that effect.

His live-stage performance for the bike scene was even worse than his 30-second "Oh, Suzanne" video.

Rotten Tomatoes gives it a 🍿 0% rating.

Syringe cap. IMO from the needle used to extract the BAM from the vial.

He might have given his name as Lee Moore.
How incredibly uncreative. Middle name & first part of last name. Not very clever.

The speculations about what happened at the arrest are based on what Kelly said during the press conference when answering a question about it.

Kelly: "The question is what Mr. Morphew’s reaction was, and I can tell you that that's going to be part of the case and we look forward to presenting that in front of a jury."

But we also know LE said he was arrested "without incident."

View attachment 597496

IMO, Kelly's comment was taken out of context, and all should especially take note of the Court's
6/20/25 four-page Order Limiting Pre-Trial Publicity.

IMO, we won't be hearing a word outside of the Trial from the prosecution!

It did not go well for the last DA who responded to a similar question by a reporter at the presser--providing BM's only reaction was to ask for an attorney.

2 things I remember....

1) M2s BF when asked if he searched the area ( where the bike was found ) he said ( paraphrasing ) that it would be uncharacteristic to go that way as it was a 'crazy climb'
2) when BM said lion? the LE guy said yep the bike was just lying there.... LOL... then BM says mountain lion?

On a broken bike with locked brakes that she had taken in for a repair estimate not long before her death.

And the look on Barry Lee's face - his nose all scrunched up and a fake sad concerned look - then George is by his side pretty quickly and they go off then to put fingerprints all over Suzannes planted in the ravine bike - IIRC the current Sheriff Andy Rohrich was on site - kind of a big guy - and also Macys then BF Miles and his Dad - Here is some footage - Barry is at about the 8 minute mark

And, IIRC, a policeman actually saw a mountain lion in the week after Suzanne's disappearance. Lured by an illegally gotten elk head (head and antlers intact) leaned up against the side of the garage. To lure mountain lions?

Barry: "Was it a crash?...Lion?...Lion?....Mountain Lion?"

LE: "I didn't see anything that would indicate..."

Well, exactly.

Everyone else was worried sick. Barry was satisfied she'd been eaten.

Didn't this take the cake! This was when we all knew he was 100 percent Guilty

Has anyone posted the Tyson Draper vid yet where he happens upon BM by Puma?
Shirley looking pleased as a school girl to be riding shotgun with her baby boy in the red truck

I had hoped he would be back in Colorado by now -
I am anxiously awaiting his arrival so thngs can get moving

The bf is gold. He knew Suzanne better than BM did. That she would take her car to go bike riding, and that she would not go in the direction her bike was found.

And that their marriage was having problems.

Everyone else was desperate for an explanation that allowed for her to come home.

Except Barry. Goes right to a worst case scenario and settles up.
