I'm in contact with Roy Hazelwood. I don't believe he still has these photos (I think he would have mentioned them!), but I just emailed him and asked him. Will keep you posted! Thanks.

Roy Hazelwood says that the photos were only of the California victims. Too bad!

According to charleyproject.org, Twylia has been located. She changed her identity and passed away in March.

Yes, Twylia May Embrey (now deceased) was found by a Boulder Jane Doe researcher. See www.boulderjanedoe.com and click on "articles" for the latest coverage and how this was done. We're sorry that Twylia was never reunited with her family, but very glad that Jane Doe was a catalyst in bringing closure to Twylia's family.

I registered only a few months ago and don't post very often but I just saw this on Charley Project. This is one of the cases I have been following because most of my interests are in the really cold cases like this one. I'm glad it was resolved but disappointed that her family had just missed finding her!!! It said on CP that she was unaware her family had been searching for her. SO CLOSE!!!! They just missed finding her by a month! Like I said, glad this long-ago case has some closure but........

Wow...what a bittersweet ending. So sad for everyone involved.

Twylia would not have been found if she hadn't died. The researcher found her obit, even though Twylia had changed her first, middle, and last names! See www.boulderjanedoe.com under "articles." And we hope you will also be interested in Boulder Jane Doe.

I just went to the Boulder Jane Doe site to read the articles on how Twylia was identified. Boulder Jane Doe is another case I follow and I go to the website every now and then to read updates. It's good that Twylia can finally be definitely ruled out as BJD but I certainly hope and pray BJD can be identified soon and bring closure to another family as well. Thanks for posting the articles on Twylia on your website.

We're still searching for Boulder Jane Doe. The "America's Most Wanted" program MAY run on June 24, although the producer still has not confirmed the date. As for our most likely missing young woman, we have a middle name. We are looking for Katharine E. Farrand Dyer, born circa 1929 or 1930. We want to find a family member who can tell us if Katharine lived past April 1954 when Boulder Jane Doe's body was found. We WILL get this solved. It's just taking a very long time.

This is really exciting... when they find a family member, will they then also be able to do the DNA tests?

IF we find a family member and IF Katharine E. Farrand Dyer is still missing, yes, I'm sure the Sheriff's Office will authorize a comparison of Boulder Jane Doe's DNA with that of a family member of Katharine. But finding that family member is proving to be difficult. And, for all we know, Katharine could still be alive!

The Boulder Jane Doe segment on "America's Most Wanted" has been rescheduled for July 8th. See www.boulderjanedoe.com for the latest information.

See http://www.co.boulder.co.us/newsroom/templates/?a=472&z=2 for info from the Boulder County Sheriff's Office on a recently discovered (also by hikers in the mountains) Jane Doe. This unidentified female was found in South St. Vrain Canyon near Lyons, which is north of Boulder CO.

Finally, after months and months of delays, "America's Most Wanted" will air its segment on Boulder Jane Doe on Fox TV, Saturday July 8th. We are all hoping this national TV exposure will bring in some leads to this very cold case. Tune in and stay tuned!

Silvia, you looked great on America's most wanted tonight. I wanted to post this earlier, but I had to go to work immediately after I watched it. Hopefully the show will generate some tips. Good Luck !!! :)

LONGMONT — The story of Boulder Jane Doe as featured on “America’s Most Wanted” on Saturday evening yielded about 15 workable tips, according to Boulder County Sheriff’s Detective Steve Ainsworth.

“We got about 15 leads,” Ainsworth said. “A couple said she looks like a family member and we got one who was actually a model for Harvey Glatman the day before he was arrested by LAPD

The America's Most Wanted show segment was very good Saturday night. That's great that they have some leads from the show, especially the Glatman connection again. I've always had that theory in the back of my mind ever since reading some past posts on it. To me, Harvey Glatman is a very plausible suspect in this case. Let's hope some of the leads bring an ID and resolution to this case!

In 1954, when news spread that an unidentified woman was found murdered in Boulder Canyon, the community gushed with donations for a proper funeral. Thirty people attended a service at Columbia Cemetery, and some of them wept.

Fast forward to 2006, when the remains of a woman with no identity were found near a hiking trail in Lyons. The Boulder County Sheriff's Office got a few tips after the case made headlines,
