She disappeared on her way from Draper to Salt Lake City, Utah on 1994-10-30. I know namus PMI for the UP says 2 years, but I believe with the right kind of exposure, especially with animal activity which I assume due to the missing rest of the body, I think 10 months could also be realistic.

About this Case:
The victim's skull was found in Clear Creek County, at Echo Park which is located south of Idaho Springs, Colorado. Two hikers recovered a sun-bleached human skull, lying out in the woods in Denver Mountain Parks land, about one-half mile north of Echo Lake. Extensive search failed to turn up any other body parts. the dental work did not fit the profile of a transient or a homeless person.
