Dale Wiescamp left on his usual drive but never returned home Monday evening.

He is 76 years old with medical conditions and may be disoriented.

He was driving a white 2000s model Honda CRV with gray trim.

He has no cell phone, credit card or navigation to track.

He has family in Northern Co.

Dale Wiescamp was reported missing on April 17 and was thought to be possibly out for a drive. His body was discovered near the car he was said to be missing with.
