A man struck by a car in Denver can’t remember who he is. Do you know him?

A man struck by a car “is having difficulty remembering who he is,” according to the Denver Police Department, which needs help identifying him.
The man was on foot when he was struck by a vehicle on March 16, five days ago, at West 8th Avenue and Speer Boulevard
and was treated at Denver Health Medical Center.
