Such an odd charge.

"She says that Marquez, 19, was dating victim Natalie Partida, 16, when she and her close friend Derek Greer, 15, were killed."
Interesting....
I assumed her and Derek were dating. Didn't one of the parents say "they were committed to each other"
I know these kids made some bad choices in their young lives but that could have been turned around with guidance and maturity. They didnt get that chance, and nobody deserves to have their life taken. The posts on FB are digusting blaming the parents at this time. Everyone deserves to grieve in peace i think. Home they get to the bottom of this soon.
Although none his tattoos represent any specific gang that I know of, the placements and such are very common among gang members. So is the three dots. Now obviously other people and sometimes do get these tattoos without any gang affiliation, chances are he isn't getting his money legally. You dont get face tattoos that big and obvious if you want to earn a clean living. JMOGesh he is 19 and has two babies and has killed two people. Oh and the tatts aren't a gang indication as the article states up above. Give me a flipping break.

Unfortunately I don't think any of these people were "crème de la crème" although they certainly did not deserve to die. Nathalie was also full of tattoos and Derek (only 15) with his heavy gold chain looked like a "gansta wannabee". As for the killer, I would have stayed as far away from him as I could. The tear drop tattoos that he claims (in an article referenced a few posts above) represents family members that have died, I have read that these show how many people YOU have killed.....maybe he's right. but did he ever think what he would look like at 60 ?

There mgiht be other pages for them, but these were the first ones I came across.
I'd really like to know the motive for this one. Looking at their charges, one could assume this was a robbery, but honestly, what could these 15 and 16 year old kids really have that would even motivate these people to kill them? Neither of them even had cars. Drugs? I'm willing to bet if they had any, it wasn't very much. Obviously they took something from the deceased, but I'm wondering if that was the actual motive or if it was after the fact.
Two kids are dead, and four other people that aren't even 21 have thrown their lives away, for what? There are at least 4 very young children (Marquez and Romero both have at least 2 each) that have essentially lost their parents now, too. Seeing what they did, maybe those kids are better off without them, but children don't usually see it that way. It's just sad to me.
