Ok just read it again (and took notes!) I see where the Gods pantry is bs, thank you. Most of pages were copied and pasted from each other. IMO, there is also a statement saying these pages do not contain all of the information. Also interesting,they had the tactical unit come into the picture and stating south side Sabato is a verified gang, but not on all the affidavits.
I do feel better this didn't happen all in Fountain! Can't say I am surprised at the locations of the accused, and where they live and hang out.....that area southeast colorado springs is known for shootings, gangs, etc. For a number of years.

What a mess!!! I probably shouldn't even be posting because I had trouble following this mess and I don't know the legal system, but...why are they plea bargaining with any of these people?! Give them the max. It is true that their environment as children probably had alot to do with them becoming the type of people they are, but the fact is they have proven they are murderers, kidnappers, etc. and the punishment should fit the crime. Like I said, what a sad, sad mess! moo

This makes me so angry. Not only was no one hurt in this gang shooting they're so worried she snitched the address of but that one guy gets time served and three years probation for kidnapping? [emoji17] it's no wonder victims don't talk!

Alander Wilson will be heading to trial in March. He faces charges of attempting to influence a public official in connection with the case.

Also, Endo Velarde was in court to request a bond reduction in a sex assault case, but it was denied by the judge.

Endo also faces a charge of attempting to influence a public official.

If you remember, Endo and Alander only played a minor role in the death of Greer and Partida.

no. read later links. two of the defendants houses were shot up and they believed this girl and another girl they kidnapped associated w their rival gang and gave up their addresses.
