Wait for itSo can anybody show me scientific facts on which animals transports human beings with all their belongings as well?
Good question from the jury. 5 miles by road from the original remains site to skull site. Seems like a very long distance for an animal to move the skull IMO.
A kangaroo?
There are a few recorded kangaroo attacks, though we have been able too find only human death by roo attack which occurred in New South Wales in 1936 where a hunter was killed when he tried to rescue his two dogs from a fight with a kangaroo
We haven't heard evidence of the cross country distance yet. It may be in this animation that we can't see. You are probably right that it's less than by road. JMOBut an animal wouldn’t be traveling by road. I thought it was more like 1.5 miles cross country?
I'm also interested in testimony about about animal behavior from experts about only taking a skull from a body and moving it to a different location. That will shed some light on the subject I'm sure. JMO
Yeah, things got a little testy. Johnson snapped back and said Moran was provided this exhibit three times, one being just at lunch and now he’s feigning in front of the jury.Mr Heidel excused after a lengthy sidebar. To return at a later time.
Now up: Jim Ezell, LP Co SO investigator.
Defense is now objecting and crying about not being shown evidence and exhibits. Again....
Is Moran that disorganized or is he not aware of what was provided at lunch?Yeah, things got a little testy. Johnson snapped back and said Moran was provided this exhibit three times, one being just at lunch and now he’s feigning in front of the jury.
IMO he seems terribly disorganizedIs Moran that disorganized or is he not aware of what was provided at lunch?
Don’t know if this helps. It’s from the Grand Jury Indictment under Probable Cause.Without seeing the map I'm getting confused with this distance testimony.
