I've been looking for links to the visitation ruling made by Judge Dickinson but can't find anything. Elaine may have talked about it on Dr Phil or during testimony but I can't remember.

I have also looked and this is all I could find…

Pg 5 #C states a certified statement of Judge Dickinson could be released with relevant points regarding their relationship

IIRC the judge was ill and died in 2017.

Roy Vreeland was with fire search and rescue, retired 3 months ago up now

was called out to look for missing child around county road 500

really cold that night, he had a down coat on

said it was a very rugged terrain, wooded up to middle mountain rd

Labor Day/Memorial Day weekend area opens and closes, gates locked then, road not maintained, only atvs could go up there

went to MR’s house, looked like he had have a rough night, noticed numerous empty liquor bottles inside and out, acted nonchalant, lack of emotional response

he was also with officer potoff (sp?), said nothing of Dylan’s was there, said Dylan liked to fish and referenced damm, said he didn’t have a jacket

said MR looked a little annoyed when he asked for hairbrush, chapstick, anything

he saw linens on the couch and asked for pillowcase, then took it for scent

stopping for lunch break, back at 1:15

Mr. Vreeland also said he is very familiar with Middle Mountain because it was in his fire district and where they trained SAR. Had 26 yrs experience in SAR.

How would Mark know that there was absolutely nothing in the home that could be used as a scent article without looking around the home first.

One reason is because he got rid of everything along with Dylan. JMO
