Well if this trial ended tomorrow I personally would vote guilty.


If I were to give Mark the benefit of the doubt and say Dylan was alive the following morning I would ask why Dylan left no dirty clothing behind. I think that would be a pretty reasonable thing for Dylan to do considering he was a teenage boy . Then zero mobile phone action as well. Oh then Marks lame excuse Dylan left the tv on Nickelodeon when he had been watching MTV as he wasn’t a little kid anymore.

First I have heard that that mail carrier who spotted D was a girlfriend to Mark. Is this a MOO, or has this been on the threads and MSM and I totally missed as did not follow trial etc totally?

If anyone can link, or tell me day of testimony that girlfriend/person who spotted.............. WHOA............ I thought was a weak case perhaps but THIS!?

Thank you Warwick. I first remember Elaine being interviewed on Tricia's True Crime Radio. I believe that is where she described how MR blocked her calls to his cell phone after he notified her that he didn't know where Dylan was and "wondered" if Elaine knew where he was. It's very hard to access those old radio shows of Tricia's. It was Blog Talk Radio, then I Heart Radio . . . But I remember being absolutely outraged when she spoke about MR so callously blocking her.

Bye Bye MR. We won't miss you one bit! By the way, I'm saving up my potato peelings to send to you in prison so you can make your own hooch.

Why was he using such grandiose terms in his word salad?


I also noticed an odd wording :

" He knew when I came back that I would be working on getting him down to his friends."

He 'would be working on getting him down to his friends? ' Why not just say 'I'd give him a ride to town? '

'I would be working on' sounds like something that would be quite a struggle. Which of course it would have been, since he was already deceased and probably up on Middle Mountain somewhere...

Reminded me of Leticia Stuch and Casey Anthony trying to sound more educated than they were.

Mark said D was up until 4 am---then why didn't he reply to his good friends texts at 9 ? He was texting about their plans for the next morning. Why would D ignore him if he was awake until 4 am?

There was over 50 threads for Dylan on here so it’s hard to remember where some stuff come from. Some of us posters have been here since 2012 so that’s a long time to remember stuff and especially with so many treads and posts.

NOPE< I made an error and misunderstood what Mark was saying. Mark did say that D had been awake since 4am---but he meant the night before he flew in to Durango, he stayed up until 4.

I am sure there are some msm links somewhere about this, in the wayback machine because this mail person was interviewed a few times about her sighting of Dylan on the afternoon he went missing.

But I don't think it was ever verified or confirmed it was actually Dylan that she saw.

Locals who knew Mark had commented that he used to date the mail lady, which is why some rejected her claim that she saw Dylan walking around that day.

It begins at #5 about the Mail Lady (not that she dated him), but I hadn't seen this before and thought I'd share. Starting at #5 -- but I liked #15 where it appears she ultimately admitted she no longer believed she saw Dylan that day.

Yes. He blocked her so that she couldn't call him. She got his previous text about "Have you seen Dylan?" Like any mother, she freaked. She didn't want to text -- wanted to speak on the phone to him. Couldn't do it. That I remember. It frosted me! I don't have a link.

He criticizes all of our search plans but yet has no idea. He criticizes law enforcement when Dylan first went missing because they didn’t issue an Amber Alert, but the reason they didn’t issue an Amber Alert is because Mark told them that he went fishing; he went to his friend’s house. Mark never indicated that there was an abduction which is why there was no Amber Alert. So much of what has happened and what has transpired on law enforcement’s side and my side is…is because of Mark’s words and his actions.|
