Yes. He blocked her so that she couldn't call him. She got his previous text about "Have you seen Dylan?" Like any mother, she freaked. She didn't want to text -- wanted to speak on the phone to him. Couldn't do it. That I remember. It frosted me! I don't have a link.

The actual "link" to the interview no longer works, but here is the transcript portion where Elaine talks about being blocked by Mark:
TRICIA GRIFFITH’S TRUE CRIME RADIO -
Sunday, June 2, 2013
Elaine Redwine, Guest - Beginning at 52:51
Mark Redwine, Guest – Beginning at approximately 79:51
56:57
Tricia Griffith:
Okay, and uh…Mark Redwine set it up, and you’re going to sit down with a professional mediator and hopefully be able to come together. Is that how you understand it?
57:10
Elaine Redwine:
Well, you know, I uh…you know I’ve never been to formal mediation before, but that’s my hope, and bottom line is, you know, I’ve never…I’ve never not wanted to talk to Mark. I’ve reached out to him… often, and if this is what it takes for us to sit down and talk to each other and answer questions, then I…you know, if this is the forum we have to do it in, then so be it.
57:37
Tricia Griffith:
Okay, but you want to do that? You want to sit down with him and talk, correct?
57:42
Elaine Redwine:
Yes! I always…I have…
57:44
Tricia Griffith:
Okay
57:47
Elaine Redwine:
…since the day Dylan went missing (crying).
57:48
Tricia Griffith:
Mmm hmm. And, um…now,
you said that he blocked your phone, or that you…yeah…
he blocked his phone so you couldn’t get to him, right?
57:56
Elaine Redwine:
Right!
57:59
Tricia Griffith:
Okay. Could you…
58:00
Elaine Redwine:
I cannot text him or call him and neither can his son, Cory.
58:02
Tricia Griffith:
Can you…can you e-mail him?
58:05
Elaine Redwine:
I have e-mailed him, yes!
58:07
Tricia Griffith:
And it doesn’t…he responds, or not, or…?
58:11
Elaine Redwine:
Um…you know, I think Mark and I view things differently. You know, I’ve…I’ve made my statements very clear on how I…how I feel about the fact that he was the last one to see Dylan, and I think he has more answers, and so, I’m very up front with Mark in asking him questions about, you know, where…where does he think we should look for Dylan? He criticizes all of our search plans but yet has no idea. He criticizes law enforcement when Dylan first went missing because they didn’t issue an Amber Alert, but the reason they didn’t issue an Amber Alert is because Mark told them that he went fishing; he went to his friend’s house. Mark never indicated that there was an abduction which is why there was no Amber Alert. So much of what has happened and what has transpired on law enforcement’s side and my side is…is because of Mark’s words and his actions.|
