Defense asked witness if Dylan's body had been found at the lake would he voluntary give that info to MR. He said he would not have gone to MR's home if that happened.

We're hearing the notion, similar to what we did yesterday, that #MarkRedwine was not interested in helping in search efforts for #DylanRedwine.

The former investigator on the stand says he waited for Mark to ask for an update in the search-- he says Mark never asked.

This is a man who forced Dylan to visit him by taking his mum to court and who he claims he loved dearly . Yet his son goes missing and he can’t even pretend like he was interested in finding him.



its sickening to hear this stuff as a outsider , just imagine how Dylan’s poor family must feel hearing this man is that cold hearted.

We're on Day 7 of the #MarkRedwine trial. We're hearing from a former investigator at the La Plata County Sheriff's Office. He was tasked with collecting clothes Mark was last seen wearing the night #DylanRedwine disappeared. I'll have updates throughout the day. @KKTV11News

Mike Hall didn't know of any bleeding injury to Dylan on the two trips to MR's home after the fire.

Mike Hall and Cory went out searching for Dylan. MR only participated in one search near lake. Didn't help on any Middle Mountain rd search's where Dylan's remains where eventually found.

Hall says in April 2013- he drove up Middle Mountain Rd out of curiosity. He says he didn't see any car traffic except one truck coming down Middle Mountain Rd. He says Mark Redwine was in that truck. He says he believes Mark was trying to put distance between them.
