Defense seems to be trying to bolster his “wild animals attack “ defense. Asks witness if the body part found inside animal scat would imply it had been consumed whole. Prosecutor called it coyote scat on direct, objection sustained that he just call it scat.

I am watching the trial on YouTube. My still-outstanding questions are:

1) We do not know if 13 yo Dylan conveyed to Judge Dickinson in private chambers that he did not want to visit his Dad over TDay.

We still do not know what Dylan said in private chambers, is that correct? Will we get to see the private in-chambers discussion?

2) Way back in the day I thought Elaine was informed of the nasty photos before the TDay visit. Either by Cory or Dylan.

But her goal was to encourage visitation and thus chose to not even bring the photos up - is this true? (I don’t blame her as parental alienation is a trigger for undue litigation).

Absolutely yes. Dylan looked so sad and had reddish image marks on that in-store Walmart tape. I wish we could’ve seen the parking lot tape.

Defense asks witness Goldbricht to look at the pieces of Dylan’s black White Sox t-shirt, asks “ what is that?”. She says looks like a banana sticker. He says like you would find on a Chiquita banana? She says yes.

He brings her a Wal-mart receipt from November 18, 2012 7:05 p.m.
Tells her to look very carefully for bananas. She says no she doesn’t see any.

Defense says nothing further.
