Here’s something interesting—it can be noted ftr that an AA can be issued for a custodial caregiver of abuse is suspected. I don’t think I’ve seen this before until now..anyone?
No. He's a grandparent and awarded custodial rights? Then there's an amber alert and he's the perp? Huh?

I think maybe it was because the abuse allegations were brand new. Like the day before he took them & ran. (Per one of the articles linked upthread)

I duuno I think this could be a sneaky tactic used by a social worker and or family members trying to obtain custody back.
They dont even have to prove abuse, However in other cases abuse was proven and they send the kids back. So no way to win here.
