Since stepmonster can be sleuthed ... she had accused Al's superior of raping her at the military base and that's why they were thrown off.
LS was lying-- she probably flirted with the man and he rebuffed her.
Smart man.
So she lied and it was proven to be a lie.
Stepmonster is all about revenge.

I wish Al had asked her more questions and taken a good look at this thing.
Although LS had applied for a job as a flight attendant sometime after Al had decided to file for divorce --so he was distancing himself from her.
I think his eyes were opened at some point before Gannon's death but I wish he'd removed those kids as soon as he saw what she was.

AS was divorcing her before this?
Did he know about the false rape charge before marrying her? Or did that happen after?

I really didn’t expect there to be an arrest until they found Gannon’s body.

For them to do that now, and for the main change to be first degree murder, then she must have really screwed up. The evidence must be overwhelming.

my guess is there is blood evidence (I'm thinking of Kelsey's case) and a whole load of electronics. she's done.

I still don't believe the video that was released in the media is the smoking gun. I still believe it was a "hey T, we see exactly what you were doing" warning to her.

I think something much, much worse was seen...

That is what I was trying to get at in a previous post when I said my general impression (appearance and Army pullover worn during Fox Denver interview) of RD was that he was military, but I was being too oblique. I talked about right versus wrong and giving RD the benefit of the doubt. In fact, I was trying to subtly point out that the video release may have been by design IF (MOO) RD is in fact military, because 1) military personnel have been involved in the investigation and 2) military personnel usually have a pretty good idea of what information should be classified and what shouldn't. Good. Even though I think she's beyond a coward, she's evil & soullesshas so I worry that she would hold Gannon's whereabouts as it's the last thing she has that gives her any power. She's lost everything, it's the last thing she has & ironically the most valuable. Even at the prospect of death I don't think she'll divulge his location, but if the sisters know they might. A small glimmer of hope that someone will spill when faced with a litany of charges for helping that creature.

I know we will find out later but WHY in the world would T release that I'm bleeding/carpet video? To me it seems like a damning move against herself. I really want to know how she thought that would help her. Or, maybe she is just evil and wanted to post that video to hurt Landen and Al even more.

I knew they were closing in! It was speculated over the weekend she was back in SC. It wasn't from a verified source so I didn't say anything here. I don't think she went there to run necessarily although I wouldn't have put that past her. I think she wanted to get her daughter with family so she wouldn't fall into the system in CO once arrested. I hope social media and the press is kind to the daughter unless charges are brought against her. If TS involved her in anyway, she's a victim too. So terrible all around.

If the last time he was alive was when he was getting into the truck, why couldn't she have taken him to the hospital if she had hurt him, yes she would get in trouble but still he might be alive. I mean this is a kid you supposedly love and have known for years. Do y'all think he died on the way or she had no intention of seeking help?

I believe she was taking him out to murder him, coldly. She didn’t love him. She wanted AS as a meal ticket and couldn’t deal with parenting.
