1) Murder in the 1st degree of child under 12
(2) Child abuse leading to death
3 - tampering with deceased human body
4 - Tampering with evidence

No body found yet, parents give emotional statements. Landen spoke and someone read Al's statement. Very emotional

Ya know? If it's going to help her prosecution, I don't care if it stays sealed until trial. She's facing 2 mighty ugly charges AND Dan May and if this has to be prosecuted without little Gannon's body to tell the story, I want the charges to STICK!.

And on another topic, I am really having difficulty in remembering, "Innocent until proven guilty". But I shall try my best to repeat it over and over again to myself.

It won’t remain sealed long. It was sealed in the Frazee case because they were investigating the possibility of accomplices, and releasing it could have harmed the case.

As soon as she is formally charged, I expect to see it here.

This is what I keep thinking. HOW DARE SHE????? How dare she murder their child and then taunt them and even Gannon (soiling himself) after? I can’t comprehend how a person can be so evil. Heartbroken doesn’t come close to how I feel for his family.

They must have strong evidence to make those couple of charges - or else someone witnessed something and that's the evidence? plus potential video? but really, with no body, how can you know it's deceased and tampered with? There has to be proof or they would not have made those charges IMO. and i bet the parents know and that's what broke them? but mom was super strong IMO.

I know we will find out later but WHY in the world would T release that I'm bleeding/carpet video? To me it seems like a damning move against herself. I really want to know how she thought that would help her. Or, maybe she is just evil and wanted to post that video to hurt Landen and Al even more.

She released the video to inflict pain, or she is disconnected with reality. The video makes her look bad, not Gannon. She doesn't regard herself as abusive.

Been following this case all along...I was afraid to log in because I know I would have said things that would get me banned! I've been on websleuths since the Caylee Anthony case.
Watching the press conference, I cried, for Gannon and the parents. I am so mad right now that they don't have Gannon to bring home! Make her talk!
Not looking for sympathy whatsoever but I lost my son, he was diagnosed at the age of 11 to an inoperable brain stem tumor...he passed away at the age of 12, 11 months later. Gannon reminded me so much of him. That's why I've had to bite my tongue! Can't wait til she gets what she deserves!

Why don't we wait awhile for the details before suggesting she cut off his ears? Or, did you mean chopped them off? She could have slapped him, he lost his balance, and he could have fallen to hit his head on the bumper of the car and died in that way. Freaked out, moved him, destroyed evidence etc. Similar to what happened to Jessie Davis, but in that case there was desecration that we so far don't know about here. She should get the full measure due her from the law. But speculating on gruesome, invented gory details reflects on Gannon, not on her. Why would anyone want to visualize him like that in their imagination?

This is what im thinking too. Irrc, in the presser, they said it was a multi state investigation. Do yall think the rental car could have been used to move him out of state? Sorry if this has been adressed already. Im so far behind, this thread is moving so fast.

There is proof that TS moved or hid the body, nothing else is needed. And it might just be hiding the body.

A person commits tampering with a deceased human body if, believing that an official proceeding is pending, in progress, or about to be instituted and acting without legal right or authority, the person willfully destroys, mutilates, conceals, removes, or alters a human body, part of a human body, or human remains with intent to impair its or their appearance or availability in the official proceedings.

I feel absolutely drained after that presser. I was sobbing watching Landen lean into Al as she wailed. That was one of the worst things I have ever witnessed in my life. Landen was right when she said in that early presser right after he disappeared that Gannon had a purpose. Something big will come from this. I feel it. She is going to do something powerful in his name. T will fade from memory and spend her days rotting in a prison cell while Landen ensures Gannon's life has meaning, a meaning bigger than she or Al ever imagined the day he was born. Gannon, you are so loved.

Since they have enough evidence to charge TS with 1st-degree murder. Does this mean they can prosecute her without Gannon's body? Does Colorado have any other bodiless murder cases (convictions without the body)?

I have a question about the freeways that TS went on to take the 'backroads' and the one she avoided. Does the avoid freeway have a tollbooth? How about the freeways she had taken, do they have tollbooths? I know that tollbooths have cameras on them and that some of the freeways in Colorado are with and without them. Denver has a tollbooth for sure.

Yes I keep thinking about this. And I keep worrying about how she left him, did she go back and find him, and then moved him? Was he alive when he was left? Did she somehow think she'd be his rescuer and she'd be propped up on the shoulders of the town as such? I really worry about all of that. Or was she just a really scary, awful, lying human being?
