Seems the 3 part release of the CrimeOnline articles, the announcement of the search then subsequent postponement of search, and the seeking of the arrest warrants on Friday...may have all been connected.

Murder in the 1st degree of a child under 12: LE believes Gannon is dead.

Child abuse resulting in death: Bloody board, bloody stains, possible bloody sock. The neighbor's video has him "sluggishly walking to car", plus Gannon's crying on the candle-burning video. He was viciously attacked Sunday night imo. Torture continues Monday when she does not seek medical attention and instead makes him walk in crippling pain towards the car to go "shopping". I believe he was very frightened of her at this point.

Tampering with a deceased human body: According to statute above, this includes concealing. They haven't found him yet.

Tampering with physical evidence: Bloody board, possible bloody stains and possible bloody sock -- all discarded. Not to mention there were supposedly carpet people there on Monday to replace carpeting.

All jmo, just trying to read between the lines on the charges.

Bloody boards fly out of truck beds all the time down here. It's a real problem.

A board flying out of the truck and flung out into the woods, would mean she was going at a high rate of speed. And that the board had some mystical power to end up in the woods. I can see if the tailgate was open and the board slid out, it would've landed in the middle of the road. The sock wouldn't have made its way into the woods, either. It would have also ended up on the road/gutter/curb.

I wonder if she whacked him in the head with the board. This is why there was a large saucer size about of blood in his room. Head wounds gush. Anyway, it would also explain the blood on the board. Is LE capable of time stamping the blood on the board?

Gannon remains missing, although investigators said Monday they no longer believe he's alive. They're being tightlipped on what led them to arrest Letecia Stauch as not to jeopardize their investigation.

"Just hold on [to] questions until we know that this person, this stepmom that I even trusted, that she will pay 100 percent for this heinous thing she done," said Hiott. "And I know that's what will be done."

CrimeOnline reached out to Albert Stauch for clarification on Tecia Stauch’s statements, but we’ve been unsuccessful in reaching him.

BBM from the link. I appreciate the articles, but it pains me that media is "reaching out" to Al, and probably Landen too, after being asked not to several times at the PC.

It’s likely this part 3 was done before today and Crimeonline reached out to Al and Landen before the news today.
I do think tho that this was Landen’s message to the media during the PC. She knew T leaked evidence and doesn’t want anything else leaked that will jeopardize justice for her hero. Moo

It's not odd to me.

Me either. I think they wanted a rock solid case against her. But mainly i think they wanted to bring Gannon home and once she left the area they knew she wouldn’t be doing that so they made their move.
