I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that TS's mugshot will not be a mascara dripping, crying, sad affair.
I suspect outright defiance.
Who's with me?
MOO
I'm with you! I predict chin held high, and angry eyes...

Based on part three of the article, at some point, AS was confronting TS. Most likely he hit the record button before that call/conversation (and most liekly at the behest of LE). I can't imagine how damning her reaction was. I am sure that call/convo is a goldmine for the prosecution. It will be interesting to see if any defense theory whatsoever is possible to be presented. This will be a very big challenge for her lawyers.
Yes. I absolutely expect those calls were recorded.

He was feeding her details, and forcing her to explain them away. She likely had to make up these excuses on the fly, which is harder than putting some thought into them.

Ironically, she sucks at that too.

As someone who was disabled by child abuse and rape facilitated by a narcissistic alcoholic mother who locked in me in a cell in an unfinished basement for months at a time barely feeding me and physically abusing me for years.....erm.......no I don't have a hard time believing that someone could purposely harm a child that way.

I follow true crime for this reason. The timeline just seemed off to me. In the Terry Horman case it was pretty obvious from the get go that she set it all up and alibied herself with the science fair photo.

Redflag #1 to me was TS saying that he didn't go to school because of a Drs. Appointment on the same day he went missing.

But beyond that I couldn't understand how she could have had such a flimsy alibi and done all this intentionally when the camera shows her leaving in the morning. I think she beat him badly out of a lost temper and then took him with her when she left so he wouldn't be able to be seen. And then he died from his injuries in the car and she freaked out and hid the body. I don't think this was a deliberate murder. Sick.

Chewy

So sorry to hear about your background Chewy.
Pleased you are here posting.:):):)

Surely, we will hear abuse towards Gannon by TS from witnesses: friends, neighbours, school mates etc.

I thought in the presser they said NO BOND? And where the heck is that mugshot?

I think even with no bond, they can still have a bond hearing so that her lawyers can argue why she should have one. Also they may need to appoint an attorney.

so what did she want the rental car for?
My guess is she decided to outsmart LE (in her own mind) by using a rental - can’t wait to see you who else is involved

so what did she want the rental car for?
Maybe to check on the location(s) of her crimes without LE recognizing her vehicle as she drove around?

She's in the Horry County Public Index. This website gives me flashbacks to the Heather Elvis case

I am reminded of the Susan Smith case.

Susan Smith's husband was advised by LE that they thought she was lying and simply asked him to play along.

I think Al was told the same. I have thought throughout all of this that LE was baiting TS and I saw some stuff in SM that led me to believe that Al was playing along at the behest of LE.

I think we will find out, that TS was played.

Patrick Frazee was charged with first degree without a body.

In CO, you can be charged with first degree without premeditation or intent. If she battered this sweet child with an extreme indifference to human life and he died as a result, that's 1st degree.

Agree. Circumstantial evidence isn't what it used to be, it is excellent evidence. Dated security videos, store videos, Tissue DNA, Cadaverine, Touch DNA able to be detected down to a couple of cells due to the ability to essentially clone sample to a testable size, GPS locators of all types car, phone, watches.

Someone who doesn't see their anger or cold rage getting out of control is Murder 1 in my book. There was a time she knew, she should have packed up an left.

I think she'll be ugly.

There. That was petty, but I enjoyed saying it.

I think she’ll have a smug look on her face. For sure I don’t think there will be remorse or guilt. Just defiance. I be she will have her make up on and her hair combed.

Knowing how narcissistic she is, LE may even be using the release of her mugshot to their advantage. I can see her b****ing about her "rights being violated"...blah blah blah and how she should be able to fix her makeup, practice her duck lip thing etc.....before the mugshot is released to the world. Pathetic. IMO
