I still want to know how she got to SC without LE knowing she had left Colorado. Think about it, she could have been on the run anywhere. Big mess up allowing her to go off the radar at all. Thankfully she's dumb and went exactly where they most likely expected her to go.

I'm actually surprised too that she didn't fight extradition just to be difficult. JMO

I half expected her to. But maybe she thinks she has to get back to CO fast so she can prove to the judge that she is innocent and get released.

If one has no means to pay for an attorney then one cannot just automatically have an attorney. They would file indigent and the court would have a hearing an a court appointed attorney would be assigned to her. Her not having an attorney screams volumes that she has no support system and no money.

I think they knew where she was the entire time and had close eyes on her. But initially they couldn't label her a POI nor suspect because they didn't want to compromise their investigation. But they were still watching her like a hawk. JMO

Letecia Stauch, who's accused of murdering stepson, agrees to be extradited back to Colorado

On a TV in the courtroom, Leticia Stauch was seen sitting in a fold-up chair in an orange jumpsuit. Her hands were handcuffed.

Horry County Judge Clifford L. Welsh told her there were very few defenses to her extradition back to Colorado. She waived the extradition, meaning she agreed to be transported to Colorado to face the charges against her in a Colorado court.

Welsh advised her not to say too much based on her charges. She told Welsh that she did not have an attorney yet, but had asked a friend to find one for her. She was then dismissed.
