Something tells me that Gannon was a victim of much past violence/injuries that were "accidents" and we're "pinky sworn" away. moo
Yes, I've been wondering about past abuse from the beginning. I at least suspected mental abuse.
I would like to know what was going on in her marriage and her life in general in the months before she committed this horrible crime.
She may have been taking out her anger and resentment on Gannon. As her life began to unravel she became more detached and more out of control, ultimately leading to extreme violence. Jmo

MOO

Be prepared for an "abused as a child" defense.

MOO
Who cares? I hate for anyone to use that defense.
I’ve seen people from awful situations and awful parents grow up to be outstanding citizens. It’s what’s on the inside of a person.

He said she would be held for up to 20 days if she agreed to extradition (that’s the max amount S.C. law allows) but could be held up to 90 waiting for the prosecutor to come out and argue for her extradition, which would only require him to prove she is Leticia and is being sought for the crime by CO.

Just curious, she waived extradition and he said therefore he won't determine bond for her. Had she fought it, was it possible she could have gotten out on bail?

Yes he said that, but your response has nothing to do with my post. My post was correct, in what I paraphrased the judge as saying.

She did go to SC eventually bc that’s where they took her into custody and held the extradition hearing. But prior to that trip to S.C., I don’t think we yet have any confirmation where she may have gone.
The original poster was saying that perhaps TS followed LH and daughter to SC to do something to daughter. I just said that I didn't believe that was where LH went for those few days she left Colorado.

OK now that i’m finally all caught up after hours of reading heart felt posts, i’m off again for a bit.

John Denver Rocky Mountain High worked yesterday to bring a much needed break in the case. Today as I listen, praying for Gannon to be found and returned home. He’s somewhere in those Rocky Mountain Highs.

A song and a prayer for u bud.

The point is, trial time would be wasted parsing through arguing of such a claim, prolonging this tragedy for family and friends and concerned citizens.

You forgot that she was channeling Jodi Arias and Casey Anthony while sitting there. :) edit_ and Tammy Moorer

And Ezra McCandless, Lisa Snyder....

One of the things that may not be obvious just looking at the maps is the reason that there are so few roads up into the mountains is how sheer the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains is in this area. Offhand, I am familiar with four roads: US 24, which is the main road west to Woodland Park, Gold Camp Road, which I have never driven, Mt Herman Road, which is a dirt road that I think I have been on once, and Rampart Range Road, which is a dirt road that I have been on several times. There are some dirt roads that are between Palmer Lake and Monument and the part where the mountains climb, but these areas are not very wide and are mostly either parkland or "ranchettes."

The maps for mountains/state/national parks can be purchased at REI. I do believe that you can get a topographical map for the parks/mountains on the state websites. When I go into state/national parks, I print off the map provided on the website for whichever park. ( I hope that this helps)

The map would show the backroads and off trails that can't be found via Google Maps.

Edited to add content.

I was talking about Landon and her daughter.

Did we ever get a mug shot?

He also said with her charges, he wouldn't be able to anyway

Her response for not having an attorney is to place blame. She cannot help herself to take responsibility. She could have had a public defender, but it seems that she prefers another. So, whose fault is that?[/QUOTE

agreed. It is still a process to obtain a public defender. There is a motion filed, a hearing, paperwork that has to be vetted. Mostly financial documents. One must PROVE they’re unable to pay not just simply say it.

Thank you.
Mid morning on a Monday, which would be the most likely traveled before as a tourist, she's only been living there for approx 15 months, depending on source,.. I'm wondering how she could have known of a treacherous spot suitable for a disposal of a child she was about to murder?
Or maybe she was merely wingin' it, hoping to find the suitable spot, or maybe she had google searched it?

I'm sorry my mind is not tidy, lack of sleep and find keyboards difficult.

I didn't like see her. I'm going to go watch a Hallmark movie and get my mind right. Love and light to all of my Websleuth family today.
Hah, Hallmark is my go to channel when the world seems upside down. Enjoy.

You know, I'm really feeling sorry for AS. He's lost his son and his family and all sense of normalcy. He must be in shock!
And that is likely to get much worse, I suspect she will file charges against him for all sorts of imaginary shortcomings.. malice forethought

But... what about her and Gannon taking a self in the driveway on the said day of his disappearance? Is the watch thing equipped with a camera? Or did she have her actual phone on her?

IF she took that selfie, I think it was taken prior to leaving the house and then she went back inside and left her phone after taking it.

ETA: if you take a screenshot of a photo, it will save that photo as the current time. I wouldn't put it past her to think that this is a foolproof way to alter a timestamp on a picture.

Yeah like Jodi Arias?

Yes she was Landens friend. They were on a softball team together. She met AS and well, manipulation began.
I’ve read rumors that she was married at one time to Landens brother but I don’t know his name so I can’t say if true. We will find out. court records showed 22 counts for charges against her. That’s on record.
physical assault causing serious bodily injury, simple assault, threatening communications, bomb threats, stalking, etc.
Definitely a piece of work!
Bomb threats? Stalking? In this case?
