Edit to say now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not sure. Cut foot was Saturday, hike was Sunday, BK afterwards. Maybe the candle incident DID happen Sunday night.

Speculation : Can people be arrested and charged if they, say, took and hid Gannon's electronics, bloody clothing, tools or anything that would have his dna on it ?

If he was vomiting and after his death LS took (what she would term 'Gannons' mess' ) rugs or anything from the house and told a family member of her to dispose of it -- would they be at risk of being charged if they knew it was connected to Gannon and didn't call LE ?
I'm assuming the answer is 'yes'.
But I wanted to ask it to be sure !

There was absolutely nothing about her performance in that interview that was in the least bit believable.

Not one single syllable, not one single gesture.

Every single second of it was contrived and artificial.

Because that's who she is: an artificial human being.

There is no truth within her.

She talks about the plan the next day being to “rectify the situation.” Then she talks about having pictures after they returned (I think this is to refute the truck video).

It’s unclear, but Saturday makes less sense to me than Sunday.

Perhaps LS felt that Gannon was directly responsible for her impending (alleged) divorce.

Maybe Gannon had been telling dad about her awful behavior... maybe he told his dad that as long as LS lived there... he didn’t want to.
Maybe he asked to move to be with his mom and dad realized how bad it must be while he is away and decided that his kids “come first” and he told LS he wanted a divorce.
She can’t handle rejection and blamed Gannon for “ruining her marriage” and did the unthinkable out of spite and resentment.
She is an absolute disgrace. I’m disgusted that she is still breathing our oxygen -she doesn’t deserve it.

I sort of think she was likely overly stressed, maybe relationship was crumbling, and she reacted to something he did and went off the rails. I personally think the “candle” incident is when it happened. Maybe he really did drop the candle and that enraged her enough to beat him (by how he was crying in that video, that obviously was him reacting to something much worse than her scolding him the way a normal parent would). I think by Monday morning, the internal injuries were severe, and she took him somewhere and ended things rather than taking him to the doctor. I’m not totally convinced (yet) that it was planned for a specific reason, like “getting rid of (what she saw to be) the problem”. We will find out soon though I am sure

Yes, Sunday IMO. She posted that horrible video that she “accidentally “ recorded on her phone after the incident. In the background you can hear a TV on with TMZ reporting on the death of Kobe Bryant that occurred that day. Sunday ,January 26.

I think she enjoyed tormenting that boy verbally. I think she probably put him down many times in the past.

Once things got so bad between T and Al, she couldn’t contain the anger she felt for Al and took it out on that 11 year old innocent child, I have to wonder if she didn’t spread some over to Gannon’s sister. Who knows, maybe she tried and he came to sister’s defense.

Anyway, I figured the gloves were off once the divorce was filed and she wanted to hurt people. Once again she was being rejected. These kids were going to be nothing to her in the divorce anyway. Maybe Gannon had a habit he picked up from his father, like the way he cleared his throat, or the way he’d smile when he was right or the way he’d hum when working. Something.

And that set her off. She bullied him with the pinky swear stuff, and graduated from there. Maybe he got tired of being bullied and struck back. Maybe she smacked him with that 2x4 and hurt him to where he could barely walk.

In truth, I can’t go on from here. I’ve been trying to insulate myself from the worst of the speculation into what this poor child suffered at the hands of this craze hamster.

Short end of story, she hurt him, she hurt him bad. Dead or near dead. She decided to put as much distance between her and him so she took him for a ride and dumped him. The End except for all the lying and denying that’s come next. IMO

I do like how he said it didn’t matter if she wanted something or other. He was going through formalities with her. She sat there like she didn’t understand a word he said, and wanted to tell him all about why she didn’t have a lawyer. He didn’t care.
