Does anyone know if they could still be proccessing and analysing all the digital data they've amounted?
Curious as to if there is still a chance they haven't yet found Gannon because they are waiting on something still, to know her whereabouts on those 2 fateful days.

Of interest is that step mommy dearest is mentioned nowhere in the daughter's fathers' obit.
Some history going on there.
That doesn't surprise me. They probably didn't divorce on good terms and I think he was remarried by then. I think it mentions his wife and her kids so it would probably be weird to include the ex wife. Imo

I think his body has already been found and they’re keeping it quiet just a little bit longer to further cage Tee. The statements and reactions from everyone speaking at the presser seemed very certain, more than just having enough evidence to go forward with a no-body case.

My guess: Someone talked, they found the body, Tee put herself at the scene of the dump site when she said she “got lost” on some back roads near exit 163. Boom. Done.
LE said they have not found Gannon's body yet but it is still an active investigation and they will continue to search for him. Jmo

Now that we know what we know about LS, I'm thinking that they need to dig up that ex and do a very thorough autopsy . . . if LS didn't have him cremated.

I took a day off to spend time with family and hoped to see "found" but still "not found". Hopefully soon. I know she can still be tried and convicted without him but it will be, I believe, shorter in time and more solid of a conviction with him found.

I agree with you. I don't recall seeing a cause of death for him on here if anyone knows it. It would NOT surprise me if she did rid herself of him in a way that looked legit.

False Bomb report is a weird one! And it's on there 3 times...I wonder what that's about.
She must have done the bomb threats to individuals versus institutions (schools, etc.) I would think? We had one of those at my elementary school for ransom and the guy ended up in jail. Has she done jail time?

I wish he didn’t say that. Let her hang herself.
I'm hoping she has already done that. She is like a woman running from the scene of a shooting yelling, 'I didn't do it! That gun the cops found wasn't mine! I even have a video of us arguing the night before that proves he was just fine! He has mysterious accidents all the time!'

Imo

I assume her cell was with her on the 27th and turned on, if not, that’s a major red flag. So LE should have already been able to ping her location the entire day to confirm her story. Then why did she bring up the Apple Watch? Maybe she f’ed with the timestamp on it or something. Do we know if she had her cellphone that day?

And if gannon was so sick n vomiting why on earth take him out to a bunch of stores with a plastic barf bag!!! Why not to ER or Drs office? Or just stay home with him so he can sleep. Very odd. All lies.
In one of her later interviews she had stated that She had left her cell phone at home but was wearing her Apple Watch. She also claimed that GS wasn’t sick, that he had an accident in his pants the day before and was nervous he would have an accident at school so he wanted to stay home. She claimed that whatever medicine he takes gives him stomach issues.

Apparently the husband died after the divorce. He was already remarried at the time, lived in a different state, and it was a work related accident.

I think she was already with AS at the time. At least by 2015 she was married to him when she broke the contract with the school.

Not that I would be surprised if she had something to do with it, but I haven't read anything to suggest that his death was suspicious. Imo

9Wants to Know has found criminal justice files dating back to 2001 that name Letecia Stauch as a suspect and defendant.

Two police reports from Lumberton, North Carolina indicate Stauch was arrested at least twice in 2001 for getting into a fight and then stealing a car.

Records also reveal she was under the supervision of the North Carolina Department of Corrections for a period of time.

Did we know this part in bold?

Gannon Stauch's stepmother now in custody of Colorado law enforcement
Yes, she somehow managed to avoid a prison sentence and recieved probation instead. Imo

Well on that bright post MemPat, I will see myself out. :D :p

That was for T in case she's reading tonight.
Think she's singing, "Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow...." ?
(Oh no, I was about to get to the "bottom dollar" part.)
I'll see myself out too, LK!

I'm starting to think the 900 + miles on the rental car may be correct!
Her behaviour is so erratic and frantic,
I imagine she drives like a lunatic.
And that day she was a lunatic on a mission behind a wheel SCARY!

What her mission was and what she hoped to accomplish with the rental is still bugging me and I can't think of any other reason for it than to move the evidence which sad to say was/is Gannon himself!!
But so much crazy keeps coming out that we could all very well be totally shocked when we find out the truth behind her irrational reasons for the rental.
Whatever it was the reasons behind it had to be for something nefarious.
Have to be because of her ridiculous 'story' surrounding the rental in the first place!

She also put a strange Bio on Instagram: "Friend requests are only accepted by my sister XXXXXXX (removed email) as i am gone at the moment. I will be back soon "

Well someone is delusional

Oh my God. That sickens me. I'm assuming that is a friend of hers doing it? What the he*l is wrong with her friend then? I dont care if it was my very best friend that was accused of crime- I would NOT be raising money for them. (Not with all the info clearly against her)

Maybe its "Laura" trying to raise money for that lawyer she promised?;)

Sorry if someone has beaten me to it,I am just catching up:rolleyes:

https://kdvr.com/news/local/letecia-stauch-makes-first-court-appearance-in-south-carolina-wont-fight-extradition

As of 1:30 p.m. Mountain Time Tuesday, Stauch had been released from the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in South Carolina. Authorities said that for security and safety reasons, they would not disclose when or how she will be taken back to Colorado.

El Paso County’s Senior Deputy District Attorney Michael Allen sat down with FOX 31 Tuesday to discuss the extradition and what’s to come after Stauch returns to Colorado.

“This will be a long drawn out process,” Allen said, adding “Typically, cases like this, we won’t see a trial scheduled for probably a year from today’s date, maybe later than that. This can get frustrating for the family.”

Allen says the next big stage will be when the District Attorney's Office formally files charges which could happen in the next five to ten days.

Stauch will be held on bond when she returns to Colorado.

After the formal charges, a date for preliminary hearing should come next.

“That [preliminary hearing date] will be a very, very big day to give people a glimpse of what the investigation uncovered,” Allen said.
Wait. What?! She’ll be held on bond? What happened to no bond? And do we know what this bond is?
