That's weird cos they announced they had arrested her around 8am yesterday??

I googled 1100 Coastal Grand Circle... looks like a shopping center... wonder how they knew she was about to arrive there... and confused that she's considered a 'fugitive from justice' for leaving CO, as far as I know they couldn't keep her from leaving town if she wasn't charged with anything?

My research revealed a car rental agency. They were waiting for her.

Yes, her extensive rap sheet proves the APD I think. And Arias was CLASSIC BPD. Look it up in Webster’s. Her face will be there. Not sure if TS is has BPD tho, since she’s had a string of guys and most of them, I think, are still alive. What appears as BPD to some may just be enraged, skint gold digger about to be kicked out on ear. Jody Arias on the other hand was CLASSIC 100% BPD.

I really wonder what reason AS had for deciding to divorce her. It must have been something big like cheating, stealing, harming the kids, etc. it had to be something big. And she was scrambling for a job in Miami, apparently cleaned out his bank account and removed him from their SM account just prior to Gannon’s disappearance.

I would say TS is a classic sociopath. It’s all about her. Whatever it takes. And nothing nor anyone will get in the way.

I am really wondering and concerned that there are sooooo many people talking about TS and AS were getting ready for a divorce, that bank accounts were drained and that there was an affair between AS and TS while married to LH AND THAT LH and TS were bff’s.


These are all unverified SM rumors that have really gotten out of hand, and because people are stating these things as fact on WS, it is derailing discussion of real verified information. The important facts of the case.

Could indicate a head injury.

If someone loses CSF in the course of a traumatic injury they have a VERY poor prognosis. Same with brain matter. Detection of either of those things is highly indicative of a fatal injury. Exposed brain matter in trauma is generally considered "incompatible with life."

Could it be that he found out she'd been lying for who knows how long about having a job at a certain CS school district?

Or maybe he found out she'd be running up student debt (99% of Liberty University students are on financial aid, as I understand it). Or both. Maybe that's why she was selling her handbags.

Very possible he was starting to notice/second guess/wonder about/see through some of the lies! She seems to have a history of habitual lying (and always framing herself as the victim). The alleged situation in Alaska comes to mind, etc.

Letecia Stauch at her first court hearing Tuesday morning waived her right to fight Colorado authorities who want to bring her here on charges that she killed her stepson, Gannon Stauch.

Hours later, she was released from the South Carolina jail and into the custody of Colorado law enforcement. Jail records show she was released at 12:33 p.m. from the South Carolina facility.

“She is in the custody of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and the extradition process has begun,” Jacqueline Kirby said in an email Tuesday afternoon. Kirby declined to give an estimate of when Stauch would arrive in Colorado.

What does one do when one is a fugitive from justice? Go shopping. But, there is no Marshall's there. I wonder if she was alone or with a friend.

Interesting that the FBI was the organization to ask for help from the local department. They were probably watching her once they knew where she was staying.

The FBI asks for help as a courtesy to the smaller municipal police agency.

I'm way late to this conversation, but regarding cognitive dissonance, I want to share my experience.

I experienced this well into my 40s in my relationship with my mother. My husband could not understand how I was unable to trust my own childhood memories or my own thoughts and feelings in regards to interactions with my mother. Truly, it was only until I completely cut ties with her a few years ago that I have been able to reflect and see things clearly, including myself.

One's first sense of self comes from one's mother. And her perception is 100% trusted. A child is unable to think his / her mother is wrong because then the child's security is threatened. It is easier to believe your mother is right about you and think of yourself as she does, than to believe she is wrong.

With embarrassment and knowing how pathetic it sounds, I share with others what I call my "Pinocchio Moment," which happened just a few years ago. It was the amazing thought, "I'm a real girl!" not just a puppet made to serve another's purpose. I realized I was "real" and worth something - worthy of dignity and respect - allowed to have my own thoughts, opinions, feelings! It was an epiphany that was incredibly liberating and heartbreaking at the same time.

I see my mother, a little bit, in T. I was never in a situation just like this with her, thank God! But did I ever lie for her? Yes! Did I defend her when friends saw through her? Yep. Did I keep secrets for her? Sure did! Did I hide the reality of my life? You bet.

My fear of my mother, combined with a desperation for her love, might have led me to do anything she asked at 17. This is why I have nothing but compassion for T's bio-daughter. The damage done to a child raised by this sort of person is real. We think right vs. wrong is easy to decide. But when you are constantly taught that you are wrong... in fact you are a wrong... well, it's just not that simple to see beyond. There's no way to adequately explain it if you haven't lived it and through it to see clearly from the other side.

Now, this is not to say that I wouldn't hold her daughter to a higher standard with a few more years under her belt and out from under the influence of her mother. But at this point in time I pity her and hope she is shown compassion for any role she played. If anything, she needs help and healing.

Sorry, that was a looooong post. I hope I conveyed what I wanted to! This is something I talk about often in real life. I have lots to say about it.

Well, personally I'm not judging what happened in any of the marriages of the involved parties (AS, TS, or LH). I'm only looking at the various relationships within the context of how it impacted how TS treated/or thought of Gannon. AS is a victim, and this topic IMO is strictly off limits and out of bounds.

And all these things are SM rumors.

Holy moly I can barely keep up. I've been following this case and it's just too much. I have no of value to add but wanted to say I have a 10 yrs old and an 8 year old. I hated myself for even going here but I was thinking about what my daughter would do in this situation. My kids are close as I imagine G and his sister were. Laina knows what happened sunday night and how G was Monday before school. And I feel once she knows she is safe from TS she will talk. (If she hasn't already). Both of those kids had to be terrified. Seeing the video where L was laying so still in bed...I know my daughter would've waited and went to her brother as soon as she thought it was safe.

I keep wondering if TS lied to G and told him she was taking him to the doctor or if he knew what he was doing when he got in the truck... she is evil evil.

This case will stick with me for a very long time. G you will be missed by many.

A fugitive from justice is simply someone in a given state facing charges in another state. A fugitive from justice warrant signed by the governor allows the "asylum state" to arrest and hold the person for extradition. It's not a charge in and of itself. In other words, it's not a criminal charge of "flight."

Thanks for the clarification on the friendship. But regarding Petco there is a blogger online who has posted interview with the Petco worker and it sounds pretty legit to me. She said police came there and even told her her stories were not adding up. She was very specific in her details. I believe her. And according to TS’s timeline of that day there was no mention of Petco. Also, legit new sources stated that “riders on horseback searched area near the Petco TS visited that day.”

Bloggers are not verified sources. I am sure there have been many people that have come out of the woodwork making all kinds of claims.

If she did in fact arrive there at 1:30 am, you'd think EPSO would have informed the media camped out outside, that they can pack up and go and not waste their time. I can understand EPSO not wanting to disclose that she's already there, but they could have made up some other reason to discourage the media (or gagged them).

It's one of the things that COULD point LE in the direction of death without a body. ALL we have at this point is the charges. And Part 3 of the LS interview explaining bloody 2x4, sock, etc.
