Maybe just wishful thinking, but I do think she’ll crack. Even the “best” liars (which she’s not) can be broken by expert investigators. She may have gotten away with lying in her personal and professional relationships over the years, but she’s never been subjected to the intensive, relentless level of interrogation she’s about to experience. IMO.

No way will her attorney allow her to be interrogated.

Just checked with @EPCSheriff, they weren't able to tell me why she's there instead of on her way back.

Who is responsible for entering the missing?
LE, family?

I believe the DOJ created Namus and only LE can create a profile/case. I personally like to see a case created for missing persons or an unidentified deceased but it’s not a requirement. IMO

My thoughts exactly. The second I read it I shook my head. She sure didn't have a problem with the media when she was 'using' them to her advantage (obviously only in her head because it sure wasn't to her advantage giving all those interviews)

She wants the affidavit to remain sealed except to her defense counsel. Of course.

She wants to ban ‘extensive media coverage’. HILARIOUS, considering the majority of media coverage (aside from responsible reporting regarding a missing child) in this case was originated by HER!!!! AAAAGH I can tell this case is going to make my blood boil. A lot.

My guess is she’s in Kansas because they actually drove back from S.C. They must have stopped for the night.

So she’s one state away. I imagine by tomorrow morning she’ll be booked in Colorado, and will be able to say “we’re not in Kansas anymore.

So they must be driving her. I love that actually, why not have her sit in the back seat, shackled and with no one to talk to. Interesting strategy, imo. She's not worth the effort of flying her home
