Not sure if this has been posted yet or not but I’m pretty sure it hasn’t...

Letecia Stauch en route to Colorado Springs after extradition hearing

The Saline County Sheriff’s Office in Kansasconfirmed that Letecia Stauch is spending the night in their jail. She will then be transported in the morning heading to the Criminal Justice Center in El Paso County. They would not say what time in the morning that she would be making her way to Colorado. She was booked into Saline County Jail at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

ETA: I was a few posts behind. My bad!
Nothing yet on the El Paso County Court docket for her. Tomorrow is a new day!

And her Lillian Pulitzer dresses pale in comparison to her prison garb. However, I will add that her mugshots are improving. The latest is proof that her duck face is not natural. :p

But she has Lilly colors on...orange, teal, blue - that's as close to Lilly as she's going to be for a very long time, imo.

I’m just thinking that giving up on a lease has gotta be a pretty pricey thing to do As well as effecting credit. I assumed they had left just until LE was done with their evidence gathering.
I would bet my last dollar, that the person who owns that property, will not charge AS anything to terminate the lease. If they did, SM would crucify them.

417 miles to Salina from Co. Springs
That’s a very close mileage count there and back to what was on the rental car receipt. MOO

We have no idea where he is and we have no idea what criteria they are using for his death presumption and at the rate things are going, if her warrants are to be opened to only her defenders, it could be a very long time, perhaps years before we know anything at all.
She will receive a fair trial but he didn't receive a fair life or death.
That's the hardest thing.
Just really want to bring Gannon home!

26 hours Myrtle beach to Colorado Springs...20 hours to Saline county. probably did 10 yesterday and 10 today I would suspect.

Means we’re missing a mugshot of her from somewhere. Wouldn’t want to cut her collection short.

I imagine she is strip searched and has to sit through booking at every jail they stop at. Which doesn’t sound like a fun process at all, so glad to hear it.

Poor sweet Gannon. It is the hardest thing. Hugs to you, and all of us.

They want her stewing before they interview her. Also driving must be much more uncomfortable than flying so I'm sure they factored that in aswell.
Hats off to these LE they are playing this well.

MOO

She is not going to be interviewed.

That's some serious drivin' for sure. Say they left at noon yesterday, and arrived in Salina at 3 today, that's 27 hours with 20 hours drive time, dang.

Doubtful they overnighted anywhere, unless there's an unnamed prison she was booked in to overnight.

I doubt they drove 20 hours straight. I can easily see a break. . There was a link here yesterday she was checked out at 2:33 PM or so. 6 hour drive to Gatlin TN perhaps....then to Salina K today (14 hours), then tomorrow to CS. Myrtle Beach to Col springs is 26-27 hour drive.

Can't resist sharing the irony of her being in Kansas and this pic I found of her online.

ETA - deleted photo after seeing sillybilly's message.

I am sorry for breaking the rules!

I have to say, I’m enjoying the bits of humor at her expense thrown in tonight.

I would have loved to have been a fly in that car. Hope LE taunted her a little bit and that’s why she looks pissy.

During her brief appearance in a municipal courtroom Tuesday, she told Myrtle Beach City Judge Clifford Welsh that "since the beginning" she hasn’t had an opportunity to speak to an attorney.

“I didn’t run from you guys,” she said. “I don’t have any trouble with you guys.”

Stauch is a former employee of Horry County Schools, according to a district spokeswoman. She served as a paraprofessional from November 2010 until 2012, when she began teaching special education for the district, until her resignation on June 29, 2015.

Horry County court records list Stauch’s address as a location on Farm Lake Drive, which is in Carolina Forest’s The Farm community.

Funny you should say that as I had the same feeling.

I think they want to isolate her and not let her have her moment in the spotlight. She enjoys it too much.

It wouldn't surprise me if they were interrogating her right now somewhere else. Maybe the local or State FBI office?

I think they want to sneak her in as well.

MOO

LE should indeed keep her isolated for now. All employees should be mic'ed or camera'ed. She should be reminded of her Miranda rights more than once. She will talk. Of course, it will be very hard to take all of this talk into the courtroom (for various reasons) but if she is chatting to a policeman who is attempting to make her life in jail more comfortable, that might work.

If they have the amount of evidence I think they have, her attorney may assist in a plea bargain - just as she has done with most of her other crimes.

We will see the prosecution’s hand no later than the probable cause hearing. That hearing will reveal all the evidence within the affidavit, and plenty more.

Worst case scenario, we’re talking about a couple months (Frazee case).

I think we will probably see the affidavit within the next week though.

I dont believe it. Not with the incredibly poor grammar she uses. Crappy school or not - you dont get a PHD, nor a masters, with the way she speaks. She literally has no concept of simple things like 'their/there', 'doesn't/don't' so on and so forth.
Plus, if all the history about her that has been posted is true....no way she made it to a PHD program.

With that said, if she attended Liberty University it is not a crappy school as far as schools go, according to Forbes. You have to have a 3.52 to get in and they only accept 30% of applications.

As I said in the last thread - 'online school' does not mean crappy. Major universities have online programs.

Im not sure why anyone believes anything she says. Why does anyone give her an ounce of credit when it comes to honesty - since she has shown NONE thus far.

I take no issue with solid degrees earned online, and many of my best college courses have actually been online.

I do, however, acknowledge that it's easier for someone to cheat their way through an entirely online degree program. She also would have had to submit transcripts and other documentation to get her teacher's licenses. I do think there's actually a pretty good chance she did some fudging on her license applications, but I don't think she could've gotten away with completely fabricating a PhD with multiple BoEs

She is not going to be interviewed.
I have no doubt that she has already said things that can be used against her, long before her public defender came on board. IMO

They already requested it be open to them only.
She is the most hated woman on the planet right now and social media normal gossip in any case is cited as rationale.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's granted but I'd be very upset.
