She does not deserve to not be humiliated at this point. IMO The media will object. The DA will object.

While I'd like to see media coverage, it sounds like she's not attempting to limit the media coverage from what is normally allowed. She's objecting (on the advice of counsel I'm sure) to expanding what is normally allowed. Of course the media will object. But there have been some high-profile televised trials that likely were harmed by being televised. (Remember Judge Ito?)

Does anyone have any new thoughts on where Gannon might be? As much as the discussion on LS is interesting and we all get to vent our anger and heartache out on her, our final mission is two fold: to bring Gannon home and to ensure those who harmed are held accountable! Should we reexamine some of those maps and the various routes LS may have taken? IMO

I wish I had even a little bit of an idea. The rental car throws a whole new puzzle into the middle of the table. Though, even with that extra factor (unknown to us until recently, but LE has known since the beginning), LE seems extremely focused in their searches, so perhaps they are in the right area, and just haven’t stumbled over the exact spot.

I just can’t shake the feeling that she sensed they were catching on, and she moved him or made him harder to find.

All of her outfits in her mug shots are just smashing.
I'm wondering if she will be listing them on Poshmark soon?
Fingers crossed!!
And her Lillian Pulitzer dresses pale in comparison to her prison garb. However, I will add that her mugshots are improving. The latest is proof that her duck face is not natural. :p

Like.... ?? :p
Oh like how does she already have a public defender when she is in Kansas?

I think a lot of things are being kept from the public and I don’t know why.

But if it gets her convicted, it’s ok with me.

Good. More time for locals to add MORE tributes along the way to Gannon for her to see.
Yeh just, she ain’t lookin too happy. Too bad. I wish I could care. IMO

I'm getting so confused. I thought we weren't allowed to talk about Petco or the carpet.

Did that change and when?

TIA
I honestly have no idea any more.

Well, she sure has a thing for rental cars! o_O

According to her, they're "economical."

Of course, this is coming from the person who has her "doctorate."

Speaking of cars, I sure hope one of those strapping LEOs escorting TS had the foresight to throw a roll of paper towels in the back seat for her. Along w/ a pen.

JMO.

Can you imagine spending that long in a vehicle with her? Probably talking the officers ears off. Hope they have recorders in transit vehicles.
Hopefully they are recording to protect themselves of false allegations.

In one of her Facebook posts she boasted about all the places her kids have seen because of her.

She should hang these mugshots on her cell wall, so she can remember her last vacation:

“This is me visiting South Carolina. Here I am in Kansas...”

:D:D:D:D:D

LE should indeed keep her isolated for now. All employees should be mic'ed or camera'ed. She should be reminded of her Miranda rights more than once. She will talk. Of course, it will be very hard to take all of this talk into the courtroom (for various reasons) but if she is chatting to a policeman who is attempting to make her life in jail more comfortable, that might work.

If they have the amount of evidence I think they have, her attorney may assist in a plea bargain - just as she has done with most of her other crimes.
Can you imagine those poor officers who have to be in a car with her for all those hours? I bet their ears fell off after the first 10 minutes. Talk about diarrhea of the mouth. Verbal vomit. Those officers will have to take mental health days when they get back with her. Whew! IMO

Wow, wouldn't you know it. It says I am a new member, but I'm not. I have been scrolling and rolling for years. But for some compelling reason, I did reset my password and made a comment.
I'm from Salina Kansas. I've lived in Colorado Springs, on and off for years and years. The Springs has it's bright shining smiles, but it also has it's underbelly.
And that is where the evil stepmother resides. Right below the belly.
Welcome! Is she on the news in Salina?

Well, if Kansas can "courtesy hold" her, they can certainly "courtesy keep" her. We don't want her here in Colorado.

Yes, please!!!! She has done enough damage to every happy memory I have ever made in CO, now marred by her actions. I hope she pulls a CW after conviction, and gets on out.

I don’t know… Sometimes I think her past ramblings came from a sense of mania and self-preservation. I could totally see her clamming up in the car ride and not saying anything, acting like a pouting, petulant child, especially if she didn’t think they were treating her the way she thinks they should. That’s why I hope they poked her a little bit.

Has anyone followed a case like this, where they attempt to keep the affidavit sealed except to counsel? Are they typically successful?

@gatorage please become a Verified IT Guy/Girl here please please! You have no idea how much I have learned from you since you joined us. Thank you so much for explaining things in a way that non techies can understand without being condescending. Honestly...thank you.

Thanks, Tealgrove!! I think tech should be easily understandable, and am always happy to explain anything I know!! If I don’t know the answer, I’ll try to find it, promise!!!

I’m also working on verification. I reached out to Tricia about it during a live, and she asked me to message her. I did but haven’t heard back. I know Tricia’s busy, though!!! Hopefully soon!!!

I take no issue with solid degrees earned online, and many of my best college courses have actually been online.

I do, however, acknowledge that it's easier for someone to cheat their way through an entirely online degree program. She also would have had to submit transcripts and other documentation to get her teacher's licenses. I do think there's actually a pretty good chance she did some fudging on her license applications, but I don't think she could've gotten away with completely fabricating a PhD with multiple BoEs

Who said she had a PhD? TS herself?
In SC, you dont need a PhD to teach - from what I have read.

All you need is a 4 year bachelor’s degree in any major with a 2.5 GPA. It’s that simple.
  • U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Completed application to South Carolina Teachers
  • Phone Interview
  • Passing Score on the South Carolina Teachers Screening Instrument
  • 21 total credit hours in the certification area(s) pursued
How to become a teacher in SC - How it Works South Carolina Teachers

IMO. We just have no evidence of her education history - except what she said.
