I apologize if this has already been asked and answered already, but did she even attempt to clean up the many blood stains in the house? I cannot believe she would be dumb enough to leave a “saucer” sized blood puddle in gannons room.

That’s what happened in the Frazee case. Unusually, the prosecution was actually able to keep it from the defense for a period of time.

Ultimately, the defense was granted access, but it wasn’t released to the public until about an hour following the probable cause hearing.

Had we seen it before, we wouldn’t have been completely shocked by the fact Frazee murdered Kelsey with a baseball bat.

They may be successful in keeping it sealed until that hearing in this case, but I doubt it. The fear in that one was it could jeopardize the ongoing investigation into the potential for additional suspects. That doesn’t appear to be in play here.

I would bet my last dollar, that the person who owns that property, will not charge AS anything to terminate the lease. If they did, SM would crucify them.

It would be illegal. Victims of violent crime & Domestic Violence are protected under Colorado law and may terminate a lease in these circumstances without penalty.

Where did you see this newly made video of the newly empty house? Their stuff was still in it last week. Is there news video? There was a citizen report on SM about something something at the house last week, but we can't discuss it here.

There was also reports on MSM that AS was seen removing some of GS belongings from the house just today. Apparently LH confirmed on SM that it was things she had asked for. Because apparently people feel the need to PM LH to ask these questions.

Since the courts are closed for today, I bet there will be something tomorrow. I, too, am stalking that page and I hope they have this case in "Cases of Interest" so we can see all of the filings.

It would be marks/evidence that sunk into the floor that suggest a saucer sized blood pool most likely. Not a fresh puddle of blood.

Ovie, do you think the reason there was no search is because they already have him or know where he is or do you think they are waiting to interrogate her to see if she’ll tell them where he is?

When ther Eleuthera read the arrest warrant, are they allowed to post what it contains here or is it off limits cuz if it can be posted here, I don’t wanna see it. KWIM?

I do not think they found any part of him yet - having been through the search for Caylee IMO there is no way they would withhold this if they found him (or any part) - it’s too traumatic for all- having said that - Dan May and our new DA man are seasoned - it could be a strategy but I just don’t think so - I think they are not searching because they have reached the end of their search criteria until they get more data back IMO.

the arrest warrant will be posted and discussed here in all the details - perhaps we sleuthers can give a warning when discussing the contents if they turn out to be truly horrible? We would have to self- regulate as this discussion is not against TOS

I dont believe it. Not with the incredibly poor grammar she uses. Crappy school or not - you dont get a PHD, nor a masters, with the way she speaks. She literally has no concept of simple things like 'their/there', 'doesn't/don't' so on and so forth.
Plus, if all the history about her that has been posted is true....no way she made it to a PHD program.

With that said, if she attended Liberty University it is not a crappy school as far as schools go, according to Forbes. You have to have a 3.52 to get in and they only accept 30% of applications.

As I said in the last thread - 'online school' does not mean crappy. Major universities have online programs.

Im not sure why anyone believes anything she says. Why does anyone give her an ounce of credit when it comes to honesty - since she has shown NONE thus far.

I thought her profile said Capella University for the Ed.D?

She didn't need a PhD to teach anywhere but that's what she submitted in her applications, and it was accepted in both states.

I agree that it's actually theoretically possible that she totally fabricated a PhD and 2 different state BoEs totally dropped the ball and never did any verification of her degree, I just think that it's unlikely. It seems more likely that she really does have that degree, especially because her CO license application would've gone under extra scrutiny considering her criminal history and state teaching licensure disciplinary history.

I don’t think AS has moved. Media has been camped outside his house night and day for over a month. These posts regarding the vacated house are assumptions based on real estate websites and gossip on FB.

Oof. Considering we’re working with roughly the same team, I wonder how they will handle it. I selfishly want to see what they have, so I know how hard they are going to nail her to the wall. However, if it risks their case or finding Gannon, my selfish reasons can wait.

That case was horrifying. I can’t imagine going from that, to this...my heart goes out to everyone involved, having to endure building two very difficult cases in such a short time.

The puddle may have been in a spot not easily visible when you enter the room, like on the far side of the bed, and she clearly had a lot of things she was doing in a hurry in that timeframe.

I would imagine she cleaned the carpet as best she could. Cant help what would have seeped thru to the under padding or sub flooring. IMO
