IMO LS will be experiencing massive regret and wishing things had worked out differently...

Regret that she didnt think of how the neighbours stupid cameras would ruin the runaway story.

Regret that she didnt stage a tragic accident to get rid of him months ago.

Regret that the weak 🤬🤬🤬 child couldnt man up and handle his injuries.

Regret that she didnt get time to properly punish him blow by blow for all this humiliation she is now suffering.
You know what....
I bet She also actually believes she a victim in all this!!
Bonkers:confused:

And of course Comcast is experiencing an internet outage in my area just in time for the hearing.

Why the move up?
I posted last night that the hearing was today, I saw it on the docket of her public defender but since everyone said tomorrow I just thought it was canceled and rescheduled!

Can’t really bash an 11 year old child. If you knew your husband had kids you should have been prepared to care for them. If my child accidentally breaks or ruins something he simple cautioned to be more careful. Not knowing that he did anything in particular he could have spilled his milk. IMO the candle story is bogus explanation for missing bloody carpet.
Pretend the candle was real. Who puts candles near carpet, with young kids or pets? And then expects nothing to happen?

Regarding the charge, “Tampering with a deceased body” (felony) vs. Abuse of a corpse” (Misdemeanor) I’ve read the Tampering with a deceased body charge is a fairly newer charge in Colorado, reserved for those who dismember/mutilate a body. A Bill was introduced to the House by Colorado Rep. Matt Soper.
Don't think so..
2016 Colorado Revised Statutes :: Title 18 - :: Criminal Code :: Article 8 - :: Offenses - Governmental Operations :: Part 6 - :: Offenses Relating to Judicial and Other Proceedings :: § 18-8-610.5. Tampering with a deceased human body
unless there is newer info?

I am sorry that I discussed a possible scenario, I was just pondering how it might have happened. I'm having a difficult time keeping up with the posts and responding to the alerts. I haven't yet figured out exactly how the forum works or what all the acronyms mean, but I will try harder. I will be more careful. I've only been here a few days and so much of what you guys are discussing is over my head. I appreciate all the help and advice I can get. Thank you.

Your post was totally fine! Some people were upset previously when possible graphic scenarios were discussed so a few of us have added the warning when discussing things like this. Not necessary at all, just added to let people have the time to scroll past if they choose.

Ok, so there’s our answer:

Acting as the pool camera @KOAA will not live stream the event as Colorado law requires everyone to have access to the stream. That capability is not available at this moment. All media outlets will receive the video, however.

Oh, I get it! Thank you. I'll remember to include that in the future. Great idea!

Jmo, but had this been an accident, the charges wouldn't be abuse and first degree murder. It would be something like negligence and manslaughter, I think. No accident. Moo

Of course. And thank God the little girl is still alive to tell daddy n police ALL that she’s seen n heard. #wink. I’m sure they’ve known from Hour 1 what was up. Imagine what they must have been going thru having to bite their tongues.

Oh in regards to digital data being off, Amber guygers case is the one I mentioned but couldn't recall the name.

In Amber guygers the issue was when she came home and shot botham Jean the black man in his living room. The timing was key.

So when they got data for keycards they were all off. The timing was minutes and hours off. It had to be corrected by the companies hired specialist to unravel time and date discrepancies.

That is one way the neighbor could be confused on the video time and date. If data is stored on a server it may be their time zone and sometimes the dates get screwed up so instead of correcting it, they just adjust it in house since usually it's unnecessary and apparently a pain to fix.

Anyway roderrick could be mistaken that way. It's a possibility to explain the video

By TS own admission, she left home WITH Gannon

I, for one, am one of the people who is immensely grateful when people add a warning!

I agree, whatever she can use to her advantage, she would. If being Native American got her out of government courts and in Tribal courts for this murder, she would use it. Whatever works. IMO

ETA Fxed post.

If that's why TS was identified as Native American in the past, she was woefully misinformed. (And I really doubt a resident of Pembroke would have been.)

The Lumbee tribe does not have full federal recognition. Thus it lacks tribal sovereignty and cannot form courts to govern its citizens in lieu of government courts. There is a tribal court that rules on internal tribal matters such as election issues.
