I looked on my account (actually my 10 year olds, but I don't trust the internet so I am in charge) and I couldn't find one for him. I did however find a few tributes to him by various posters.
It's possible to use TicToc and not use it if that makes sense.
My daughter makes videos and watches others videos but is not allowed to post publicly
