While watching Leticia Stauch's body language, I couldn't help noticing the facial expressions of the prisoner sitting behind her.

No, the school that she broke the contract with was in SC and I think it was in 2015. Jmo

There are so many wonderful, dedicated, caring teachers out there but sadly I've come across some where I ask the same thing you did and think it's the last profession they should've chosen. It takes patience, flexibility, understanding, and a lot of extra hours & hard work, but some don't figure that out until it's too late!

i never committed to becoming a teacher, but I sure did substitute teach for 16 years...teachers get burned out, it’s not necessarily the kids, it’s the system.

Someone else probably already said this. I'm just popping in since I can't keep up with reading all your interesting comments, much as I would like to.

I believe they purposefully took T by car because she is such an uncontrolled talker and this would give them uninterrupted hours to listen.

Wanna' bet they learned a thing or two to beef up the case during that long, long drive?

Is there word on what injuries sent the policeman to the ER?
What a terrible and embarrassing event for a lawman. Hope he's okay.

I notice they were both dressed in black and TS appeared to have deferred to her. Good luck with that Ms Defender, we have observed her for a longer period and it is unlikely to last... quickest bonding ever I would say. Maybe she hurt her knuckles or something like that.. I wonder who leaked the story about the bare knuckle fight?

It was a video advisement hearing scroll up and there is a copy of it. Gannons parents were in the courthouse watching, while T was on video in jail.

That part of it always bums me out for the family. Going to court for a year and them having to hear the terrible details. It's like encouraged too so you can show the jury youre standing with your family member, but I dont get the pressure to do that unless the family chooses more in a "this would be helpful to me" vs "everyone does it". I realize the DA doesnt say that, but I can't help feel that there is some societal pressure to prove your love by going. I'm sure it works for some people, but I bet there are a lot of families that care just as much that would rather not, but still do. It feels like that pressure to listen and wait for weeks, revictimizes them. MOO

What is really sick? IMO, T would enjoy putting Gannon's parents through that.

I thought it was odd that the advisement video just showed half of T. There is some bruising to her right arm, I wonder if the other arm is worse? I mentioned the bruising right after the video aired then the stories came out about her slipping the cuffs and attacking the officer. Planned placement of T more than likely.

My lil one is watching Sonic My heart just aches for Gannon & his family While I am relieved the wheels of justice are turning....
WHERE IS GANNON?

I took my son to the Sonic movie the weekend it came out and I'm sure I was the only one tearing up in the theater. Where is Gannon? It's really not fair that someone that fought so hard to live and was a gift to the world got snuffed out for no reason at all. Senseless.

Apologies if this has been discussed, I'll never catch up on reading. After hearing of TS losing her job offer on the Friday before Gannon went missing, has me believing even more this was premeditated and not an accident. All of the hate she spewed towards LH and if in her disturbed mind felt as though LH was the reason for her losing that job. Did she do this to make LH "pay" for causing her problems? She just seemed so bitter towards LH which I don't understand, she had her man and her kids.

"All of the documents regarding this case remain sealed."

“We want to make sure we are protecting the information so that if any suspects are found, we can have some private information they wouldn’t have unless they are involved,” Allen said.

Allen said at this time it is too early to say if there’s a plea deal on the table.

“Potential plea in this case?” Allen stated, “It’s too premature, I am disappointed the death penalty is going away because it is a valuable law enforcement tool, absolutely.”

Is that a strange thing for the Prosecutor to say when they have charged TS with murder?? That they are still looking for "suspects"???

Why is the death penalty not an option in this case?
I can`t think of a more appropriate punishment for such evil, not to mention the leverage it can be used as, to encourage a confession and recovery of poor Gannon.

He said he was talking about that in a general sense, and that law enforcement were the ones the requested the sealing of the affidavit. It sounded to me like that was some time ago, and not something they just requested.

To me, it makes absolutely no sense that she would have had any help with this. I wouldn’t be surprised if the prosecution dropped the request, and the defense was the only one to oppose it.
