Will she also clarify whether or not she backed in to the driveway or parked at the curb upon returning from the 'shopping trip' that Monday?

Will she also describe what Gannon did immediately after they allegedly returned from the 'shopping trip'? Change clothes? He would have had to because what he was wearing before the shopping trip was not what he was described as wearing when he allegedly left to visit a friend, as described on Gannon's missing person poster.

One thing I’m almost sure of is she took his phone away from him on Sunday night so he could not contact his parents. In fact I bet she contacted dad to say he got himself into some trouble and he was sorry about what he did.

MAKES sense! Bet he didn't get his phone back Monday to make that search.

Yes - although the video was never created for us. It is what it is. We the public certainly do not have all of the video, that much is clear.

And we don't know what was brought back. But I'll bet that AS noticed a few things out of place upon his return. I can't even imagine what he went through on Tuesday. I hope he realizes that no one could possibly have anticipated where this was going to go, there are lots of people with personality issues that do not murder their stepchildren. And plenty of couples who squeak by difficult times without these horrible consequences.

But I'm guessing that by Tuesday evening, AS was bursting at the seams with questions he would have liked to have asked TS.

I think the prob might be that the info that is forbidden is a narrative LS wanted out there , before she swapped narratives, and that by publishing it here, we are promoting her false narrative and treating it as truth. Ergo, helping her to push her lies out in the public domain, and aiding and abetting her in the process? Is that the reason , @sillybilly?

As with all officially named POIs/suspects, their social media is sleuthable. The problem in this case is that at some point TS closed down her social media so it was no longer sleuthable, and whatever was known to be on it before she closed it down could no longer be sleuthed.

Some of the info from her social media was being discussed when it was not allowed to be as she was not officially a POI/suspect at that time. So the knowledge related to certain aspects originally was brought to WS in an unauthorized fashion.

It's like when a judge tells a jury something they've already heard in the courtroom. Some WSers may know what they read or saw, others may not have read it or seen it ... but when it is not able to be substantiated directly from the source, we have to file it away and not rely on it for discussion.

She claimed he was wearing blue jeans and a blue hoodie when she talked to the police. In the truck video, he walked to the car wearing, what looks to me like, gray pants with a stripe down the side.

Flyer Oddities:
1. The creator of this flyer managed to find a picture that puts her (duckface) self more prominent than the boy it's designed to find!
2. She later recanted and said she might have been mixed up & maybe what was listed on this flyer wasn't really what he was wearing!
(We saw the video---->it's not what he was wearing)
3. Why put "sick" in parenthesis??
4. Why include the info about what was searched on his phone? Is that really pertinent to finding your missing step-child? Besides the flyer says he left his cell phone at home!
5. "Not know if he has money or bank cards on him." Do you know a lot of 11 year olds that carry bank cards and if he took the time to do that cell search, why would he take bank cards (that could be traced) with him??

So is this what she was doing during the Dollar Store visit before the police were called? I always disliked the picture .... could have had 2 or 3 different looks of Gannon.

Very difficult question to answer without knowing many details. My speculation is that he did something naughty as kids will do especially if he was an overactive tween boy. She overreacted and was sent into a rage because she had other issues going on and she was flooded emotionally. I still tend to think she chased him into garage and he was trying to get back in or out through gate and she hurt him. She might of hit him, pushed him into something, kicked him, or punched him. I tend to feel she pushed him into one of those boards on the floor in the garage because I don’t want to think she hit him with a 2x4. I also think RD might have caught some of this on tape on Sunday night and that’s where sound will come into play. Mvho

Wow, interesting. Where was the gate? I remember reading something about it earlier. If she pushed him into something without penetrating one of his internal organs, and just injured himself so that he was still alive and walking on Monday, how horrific would it be to think that instead of taking him to hospital or treating him herself, she actively murdered him. Imagine if this wound was only superficial. Previous to this post I was imagining that
whatever she did to him was most likely the eventual cause of his death, like liver or kidney rupture, etc. But I think he would have died before 10 am Monday if that was the case, or neighbors or baby girl would have heard him screaming and T would have taken him away in truck much sooner. That’s just beyond selfishly evil.

Gannon is my Hero! It is soooooo wrong. It is hard not to believe premeditation when you look at this px, there is something so deep in her eyes.

Mmmm......I am not sure what time the police came though. I thought it wasn't reported until later. I was wondering if when the 2 girls went out after coming home from school she left again.

Pretty sure the initial report was made at 6:53 pm so yes she could've gone back out when the girls left. I bet RD & other neighbors' cameras know if she did!

I think she spent that time cleaning things up around the house, though. JMO

if i recall correctly the pool of blood was found in Gannon's bedroom suggesting he suffered the kind of injury that caused him to remain still for some period of time.

As to the mechanism of injury, it does not always require a great amount of force to inflict a fatal injury, he could have been struck in a way that he fell striking an object as he fell, or the blow caused his neck to twist in a way that damaged the main blood vessels there, people have severed arteries simply cracking their necks the wrong way... tragic but happens. it would be lucky or very unlucky to strike a blow that connected to one of the very sensitive areas of the human body but it could be a possibility.

We do know Tee didn't kill G with a single blow inside the house but she may have inflicted severe enough injuries that without medical care he died as a result of those injuries.
Personally i think she hurt him badly enough that she made a conscious choice to cover up the child abuse with murder.

The defence does not have to prove anything. Wouldn't it be loverly though if they put their client on the stand and the prosecution got to ask her questions? I think hell may freeze over before that happens.

IMO...I would guess if TS actually had this conversation with LE on DAY ONE, they were definitely on to her. None of her explanations have ever made sense. I also believe the gate key is missing and it’s very possible it will be found near Gannon.

He told me he was checking to see if the gate was locked because he was the only one with a gate key. It made him proud to be the man of the house while Albert was away. Fast forward, we did a hike on Sunday (cleared), and shopping on Monday ( cleared as well for him getting out of the other side). Please don’t think for a second that there isn’t enough of technology to determine shadows and movement around the truck. There was also proof from my phone that we had taken a selfie in the truck in our driveway that was time stamped. We always send pictures to Albert when we are out and about or when he is away. That can be scanned for actual time verification. Last, from day one the Sheriff's office has known a description of the person/friend whom Gannon left with.

I explained to them and provided evidence. They had information about G having the key to go out the side gate. Last they have more in-depth details that go along with this pointing to who sent the person or why he may have come. Again, I repeat they have had this Initially and I was asked to keep quiet about it so they could have the best shot at doing their job and bringing G home. The last thing that they needed was a hindrance to their investigation. I encourage you to think of any suspicious cars that may have been in the area watching a few days prior and keep praying for G!

I thought she left her phone at home? Here she’s saying she took a selfie with G. Was this selfie supposedly taken on Monday when he was half dead and she took him “shopping?” Didn’t Gannon get in the backseat of the truck on left side? Odd if so. I thought so from video, but i really couldn’t make out anything from that it was so dark. I wonder if neighbors can testify if he usually sat in front or back. I don’t even know if the truck has a backseat or not, it just looked that way from video.

In general yes beating someone to death is more commonly described as damn hard than easy. Possibly she had an 'unlucky' strike and ruptured his spleen or similar. He was only little. The murder then could become the act of not seeking emergency medical attention.

Yeah, and she can say anything, like he died on the way to hospital in car n I panicked and no one would know. How scary. That would be manslaughter or some lesser charge then. Wow, I really hope they have the goods, bc if not I can easily see a juror going light on her if it was an accident and she panicked. Her trying to flee in Kansas was really not smart.

I think they have a murder 1 charge against her because of blood in the home. Dan May went into that home early on for a reason. They found enough evidence . Then they found a bloody board and a sock on the side of a road. No idea what or how she did it but LE and prosecutors sure know. My layman theory is she pushed him into something and chased him causing blood evidence. I think it was all over very quickly and the aftermath was what caused the premeditation and the next day disposal of GS. Just disturbs me that she could have sought help for GS but she was too important to do that. So I hope she rots in hell for that.
