I think she is going to turn on him in ways he could never imagine. This is all so sad. I may need to step away for a bit. Feeling really down thinking about how one person can totally ravage and alter so many lives. JMO.

I have seen nothing that indicates that she actually went to Castle Rock, as opposed to saying that she planned to go to Castle Rock. Lorson Ranch to Castle Rock is 68 minutes and possibly longer since you are going through the dreaded GAP construction. I think the babble about Castle Rock is a red herring because why else would one be in South Douglas County?

I have no idea how it works in situation like this, but I am almost certain it was mentioned that AS was not going to be providing any financial support to TS in the divorce decree. Hopefully someone smarter than me knows just how it works.

As a GAL volunteer in S.C., I had to undergo a month of training. The role of GAL should be non biased. I’ve never seen a family member appointed GAL. “Guardian”? Yes. But not GAL to represent the child’s interest in court.

Replying to myself to add that GAL are non uncommon in S.C. divorce cases. It’s not just abuse or neglect so LS was very hateful in even implying the LH was a bad mother because GAL was used.

I'm thinking she would have to show she needs it, and she ain't gonna need it no time soon! Plus, she disappeared his son. No judge would award her support. JMO

Child murderers should not be let out on bond. I would think that would be obvious to a judge that has had children. Also she proved already by attacking the deputy that she is a flight risk. I really hope she does not get put out on bond.

Oh, not that I would expect her to get it, I just want her attorney to ask and for her to hear the judge say no! I want to see her face as the charges are read and when he sends her out of his courtroom.

A driver's license is property of the state, and can be rescinded, right? Same with a passport? Or am I wrong?

I'm not an attorney. Hopefully one will weigh in. But I think there has to be some sort of due process to do that. Someone can lose a DL for having X speeding tickets in Y time, for example, but that's in the state law. Someone in my state will lose a DL for being charged with DUI (not convicted but charged) But that's spelled out in the law. A passport can be taken, for example, if someone bonds out of jail following an indictment. But I'm not sure how they could have "taken" TS's early on.

I agree she won't get out of bail.

DA Allen said in his press conference “she’s being held on a first degree murder charge, so she’s being held without bond going forward.”

So I guess she’s not eligible, even if they were to ask for it.

Uh... there are plenty of dispensaries in Colorado Springs. PLENTY. One about 1/2 mile down Nevada from Petco and probably half a dozen within a mile along Fillmore. They're literally all over town.

The dispensaries in COLORADO SPRINGS are medicinal only. You would have to have a medical marijuana card, easy enough to obtain however.

First, there's her self-obsessed focus during the entire conversation.

If that isn't enough to convince a person, there's her trademark crappy grammar and diction throughout the call, which are also dead giveaways.

She can mask her voice.
She can mask her face.
But she can't mask her stupidity.
