And this is exactly why I don't like skipping even a page let alone an entire thread. Would somebody mind letting me know without getting themselves in trouble which video were not allowed to discuss? I'm pretty sure the video TS took Sunday night before his disappearance is ok because she released that. So it must be another one I missed. Ugh, I apologize!
Nope, that's the one! We are not allowed go discuss it. It was released on her FB, which normally would be fine for discussion, BUT because she took her page down before her arrest no current link exists (to her fb). No link... No talkie.

I wish I was local. I do hope someo e can go.

I think there was an article posted earlier in the thread about tight security for the hearing. I am guessing the public will not be allowed.

The public will be allowed, which is the reason for the high security. There were some pretty extreme measures put in place during the Frazee trial in regards to transparency (court reporting), but it was always open to the public.

REAL ID compliance isn't enforced for flying until October 1 of this year. Chances are she already has one, though, as DoD facilities and military bases have already started enforcing compliance. If AS had to get one, chances are they did it together.
Excellent, excellent point!

T: “My mentality is to always think next step. (this is a truth) Ok, I’ve already gotten over who would have done and why (lie). And I put that behind me (lie) cause I’ve been in that mode for WEEKS (lie) trying to figure out who I can punish for doin this (truth).”

See my explanation below describing in detail how I know these statements are truths versus lies.

(Now if you’re mentality is always one step ahead then why think about who you can punish for weeks AND why did you wait so long to try & flee?????!!!!??!!)

Also, she says “that hurts” many times in the call. When she said this phrase, the speed of her voice - essentially it interrupts the flow/fluidity, additionally her pitch that she uses, her tone & inflection when she says that phrase “that hurts” is off. These are tell tale signs that she’s lying.

Also it should be noted that when she felt attacked, when asked very poignant questions, her voice, her speech sped up. I know it kind of sounds contradictory when I just said that her voice slowed down when she said the phrase “it hurts” versus what I am saying right now about how someone’s voice/speech speeds up when they’re nervous, it’s not contradictory. These are little nuances that are taken into consideration when deciphering what is normal & what isn’t. Basically the differences between truth & lies from any given person. All of these things (& more) need to be taken into consideration when someone is decoding what someone has said.

if you go back and listen again knowing these things you will hear that there are bits of truth throughout the recording.

It is my impression that once she feels satisfied having answered a question or rather given enough of a word salad to address [not really addressing the questions though] her voice speed changes & she in her mind relaxes again. It is during these times that tiny truths come out. For reference if she go back towards the beginning of the call when she is talking about the custody situation and the guardian Leitem she is much slower with her speed when she’s talking about those things and that’s because those things are truths versus later in the car she is flustered, she feels attacked and she is scrambling for answers and these so-called answers are the lies. MOO.

I still have about 23 minutes to go. I just wanted to share these few points bc they jumped out to me. And I felt that I should explain some of this stuff in detail.

Stay tuned. There is more to come!

Thank you for your post. Wanted to give you a helpful tip. You may not even need it but it helped me.

I had to slow my playback speed (on YouTube settings) down to 75. I still could not understand them. They were talking very fast and talking over each other. So I slowed the playback to 50 and I heard every single word. Thanks Aspie.

I would love to know LS's reaction to the news that human remains were found today. It would just be interesting, imo. I'm mostly glad today's find was not Gannon... even after hoping for so long that he be found. I was surprised at the dread I felt before hearing it was an adult. I imagine Landen went through something similar, but worse if/when she heard the news.

Also, when he is found, I really hope LS is made to look at the recovery photos. I hate that all the people involved in recovery and the resulting autopsies are exposed to such horrific sights. It must be so gut-wrenching. Even more so when it is a child.

OT but it really angered me that Chris Watts got out of seeing his babies after they were found by pleading guilty. I'm thankful other family members didn't have to sit through a trial and see the horror, but I wish someone would have forced him to look at the photos. If officials have to have those images seared into their memories, the murderer should too, imo.
I wonder if (TS) she is told things like remains were found to get a reaction from her? My opinion Gannon's parents might be hearing more than we get to know about?

Made more difficult by the fact that it was up, then down, then up, then down. Hard for people to remember the rules when they originally saw stuff when it was okay to discuss, then it wasn't.

I do think someone told her to take it down, but before she did, she revised it at least twice. Some of what was there will likely be helpful to LE. TS really is her own worst enemy.

Nothing pertaining to TS’s FB page can be discussed because it was deleted before her arrest and so no longer exists to reference.
However Tricia in her you tube said we could discuss what TS said in that phone interview. The video on TSFB front page falls into that category.

There are a few other things that fall in there too.

I think....

I listened twice and I'm reluctant to listen again, just cannot.
I'm interested in finding a direct quote she made regarding a ditch.
do you recall the sentence by any chance, please?

Looks like it. There is a paid website that provides Colorado court documents. As not everyone can access it without a subscription, it can’t be posted here yet.

The media will publish something on it soon (hopefully).

Regardless, advisements and arraignments are generally the only time Colorado courts allow for cameras in the courtroom. This will likely be the last time we see her in court.

By tomorrow, I think this case will be entered into the “cases of interest” section of the (free) court website. We will then have access to all the motions, and ultimately, search warrants and the arrest affidavit.

If you haven't seen Trisha's Websleuths live chat, and Saturday night was Scrappy Joe with Trisha you'll be in for a treat.
All you tube.

And in Tricia's WS Live chat she talked about TS 's comments about Petco.

TS's comments about Petco from that phone interview can be discussed.

This was going to be my next question. I'm glad you said something, I didn't want to keep annoying people with my questions lol!
