It's difficult to feel sorry for any attorneys having to deal with "F** nightmare" when I think about what was inflicted upon poor little Gannon.

Odd. There were people pulled over there, including one LE vehicle, looking just days after he disappeared.

I'm still confused about the motion to unseal the arrest affidavit. Is that going to be decided at this 4 pm hearing? Is it a separate hearing? When will we know what the judge decides on that?

No clue, I'm not looking for it to be addressed today. I don't even know if she will enter a plea. She could just waive hearing the charges read, Judge sets next court date. - Boom - 2 minutes....done.

Yeah, isn't it pretty standard for defendants to waive having the charges read?

It will be a separate hearing. We don’t know when it is scheduled for.

I just want to reach out and hug that poor woman. How she is upright and able to walk into that court house is beyond me.
Blessings to her and Al and families as they navigate this horrific process and begin to move through life without their beautiful baby boy.

I think for the most part, people have looked at her mugshot online, so they know what her appearance is like... and the reason they're at the courthouse is to show support for Gannon's parents and see that our justice system works in putting away child killers.
