Good morning, all.

Feeling mixed about today...wanting the affidavit unsealed but not, wanting to see her to see if there are any discernible signs of remorse (doubt it--is it even going to be recorded for us to see?) but also don't want to give her ANY energy to feed off of (even if it is in my own head). Want to see Landen and Al just because it makes me feel like I can carry some of their burden (again, even if it is in my own head). Wanting TS to TELL WHERE GANNON IS, but knowing it will lead to more sadness all over again just when we all seem to have sort of started to recover a bit. Knowing it will get hard again soon. But needing closure for the family, a proper burial. *sigh*

Sweet Gannon, we are here for you.

Question I have for others here.


Why did TS visit Petco twice? I have read posts that suggest alibi-building. Still don't get how visiting twice would seem ''normal''. What would be the point of returning there? If you listen to the ''cousin-it'' interview she speaks about Gannon and how good he was with the dogs..if you listen at 5.56 she says ''You know he's always helpful and aaaa he was always so helpful with the dogs around the house.'' (notice her hand and head movements when she was saying this) When she first starts speaking about Gannon..it's in the present tense..then fumbles with her words and then speaks about him in the past tense.??

Just my opinion.. I think there is some trigger about the dogs/Petco and that it relates somehow.




Partial Transcript - TS's recorded phone call 16 February

''That's the thing. They don't even have--the media is gonna always do that. They've already proven that Gannon get out the car. The police already know that. They've already proven that through forensics.

Forensics show hot, cold, things like that. They can show that people get out the other side. She--They've had things like that. It's not. If you thought for a second they thought that I just didn't bring him home do you think that they would not be following me everywhere I went to see where I took him?



So that's the thing it's like. People don't understand like I haven't even had the opportunity to even take in anything emotionally or do anything emotionally because I've had to like completely talk to FBI agents--this person--that person yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada, yada.


Okay, I can't say too much about it. But digging out in the snow has nothing--it's just simply because of a GPS ping. If my GPS pinged on something, they're gonna search it. They're gonna do everything they can to search every area that I was in for a week.

Three Petcos? Honestly I don't--the reason we went that way was because we were going to go talk to someone about the Play it Again Sports and about the bike. So if I went to that Petco I'm sorry that they're all freaked out that it's the wrong Petco. I don't understand what--

I went to Petco. And do you know how they know I went to Petco? Because I told them. [Laughs.] I told them to go get the camera footage at Petco. I didn't even have my phone on me so they wouldn't have even known I was at Petco if I hadn't have told them.

But this what--everybody is playing you know this internet detective...I hadn't even talked to anyone before they were saying I killed someone on a hike. So you have to put yourself in my perspective of even speaking to people at this point.''

She focuses on the hike a lot,but not Sunday night,and Monday. Much to her dismay we Internet detectives are very focused. For Gannon. Because this about Gannon. So we put everything in his perspective. Tee. MOO.

I was reading some poetry last night and came upon this poem. Instantly his adorable smile crossed my mind.....as did all of our missing children.

Scattered Thoughts

Empty swings swaying in the breeze,
While ghost children play in memory,
Bring thoughts of shining stars
Painted on midnight skies -
Laughter and happiness now
Disappeared into the past.

Dead leaves dance in the whining wind,
Scattering like children playing
Hide and seek on a summer's day,
As angry clouds shoot lightning bolts
Whizzing through the charged air,
A war of furious sound.

Rain drops drown tear stains on cheeks
Raised to the heavens in sorrow.
Questions too agonizing to ask
Cry in supplication for help not coming.
The why's echo without relief
With the storm streaming overhead.

Hopefully, the Petco dumpsters were checked.

IIRC LE contacted the trash companies. I'm sure they are still in contact with them. Having them keep an eye out,and likely keeping trash collected in those areas set a side. MOO

Good morning. Seems many of us r on same track this am. Was thinking on my way into work that I really think he is near petco. Especially if she did go twice. She wouldn’t have driven too far away the first time.
Now where could she have put him? She mentioned something about 100feet. She did mention the Harley D boy. And she said she wasn’t searching ditches and ponds.
There’s also a good possibility she hurt her hand wherever she was hiding him.

So let’s say she knew Harley D was in a chimney and Chris Watts put his girls in an oil tank.
Where could T hide G that is near petco. Perhaps 100ft high or 100ft below?

Good post. I can’t imagine anything or anyone who could comfort him now, except God. Praying he makes it through. And Landen also.

I believe the arraignment merely consists of formal charging, asking the defendant for a plea, and considering bond.

And that is the extent of my knowledge of an arraignment. CO procedure may differ from my state.

Chris Watts had a televised limited-advisement then a formal advisement where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing (as stated by the judge at the beginning of the hearing). This is my understanding so far, not fact.
The law fascinates me, and my mind is open to learn.

Yes, exactly. Pool camera in the courtroom, footage distributed after the hearing, then all stations can air it.

but I predict it will continue during the defense in the trial and she'll even throw AS under the bus.

@MtnMama , you are so right. From the start, TS wanted the finger pointed at LH. Now that AS filed for divorce, she will likely regard him as the enemy #1, and begin his smear campaign. If AS and LH attend the hearing, I hope TS is sedated before entering that courtroom.

So, looking at the process in Colorado.

this will be 2nd advisement hearing, the next hearing will be to set bond, then the preliminary hearing (DA presents case and evidence to back up charges) and then the arraignment, where TS will declare how she is pleading.

In the Chris Watts case (my reference for CO criminal televised hearings), he had a Limted-Advisement f/b a Full-Advisement televised hearing. Then, he waived a Preliminary hearing.

Sorry if this has already been discussed, I am trying to keep up, but not being 100% successful.

My mind keeps going back to seeing Gannon wearing a Camelback backpack on the hike. Is it possible he could have been poisoned with something in his water? Something he would not have tasted....or have been masked with a "hydration drink"?
