That deputy was itching for her to make a move. Man, I'd wet myself if he was that close to me and looking at me like that.

Landen is amazing & SO STRONG!!!! She had the strength to look at that piece of (beep), but of course TS couldn't even remotely look in the direction of the gallery!

The judge spoke of "No extended media coverage".

What is this a nod towards? No more televised courtroom? Suppression orders?

Michael Allen (DA) will be doing a press conference live it seems.
Oh jeez I do hope they only give out ONE link for it that WORKS !!

It was originally assigned to one Judge but was then reassigned. Apparently, it is due to homicide rotation. The judges take turns having homicide cases assigned to them so that one judge doesn't get too many at once.

Thank you for explaining.
Personally, I thought she just wanted to be heard and waste court time. Is it known for this judge to be "worse to deal with" than others?

I had to LOL when the camera zoomed in on her cuffs! Just checkin to make sure ;)

"Tons of video evidence from cell phones and that kind of thing..."

:)

No way those hands of destruction were getting out of that pair, for sure.

She was trying SO HARD to hide from the camera. No matter what angel the camera attempted to move, there she was cowering behind her lawyer. Even the lawyer was moving around to keep her hidden.

I would say it's embarrassment and remorse, but I think we all know better and it's nothing but an act.

Just goes to show how careful she is when she actually knows theres a camera watching her every move.....too late for that now Tecia:rolleyes:

I bet her Defense will flip out when they read the arrest warrant.

Did anyone see at minute 7:55 that T peeks her head out from behind the woman who is there blocking her?
It’s almost as if she wants the camera to be on her but she doesn’t want to look at it. But still wants the attention. MOO MOO (cow).

107+ search warrants, some were issued in SC. Did I understand that the SC warrants are under different rules of disclosure? Could we see them sooner than any others?

Where's the best place to watch the presser?

Not a ton to unpack from LS first appearance IMO, but in regards to the 107 search warrants...Are those all for different locations/vehicles/phones? Would, for instance, a new search warrant be necessary each time law enforcement went to the home of LS/AS? Or just one search warrant per place?

Either way, that is a staggering number of things to search and evidence to collect, just curious if each trip to the house was counted as a separate search warrant.

#LeteciaStauch in court today. Her next court appearance will be April 14. There are over 107 search warrants expected in the case. #FindGannon @FOX21News

He just told the media the upcoming hearings are not allowed expanded media coverage due to CO law.

The 107 search warrant count was as of last week... the current number is greater.

Yes, from now on there will be no cameras in the courtroom. I think. Imo
