I was reviewing the attached doc "Register of Actions" and noticed where they list Letecia's charges that it shows the offense dates From 1/27/2020 To 1/27/2020. That leads me to believe they think she took all those actions on the same day. This was also the day DR's video shows her leaving with Gannon and returning without him.

I thought that when I first looked them up too. However I think they were used to question Liana & maybe some of Gannon's friends. If you look further on their site, it mentions that LE uses them for this. I don't think it's about sexual abuse, at least I hope not!

No, we can discuss it. It was a Nancy Grace podcast. IIRC, RD went to the Stauch's on Tuesday (28th) and offered to let them look through his video footage of the previous afternoon / evening to see if they could see Gannon leaving. LS supposedly said something along the lines of "no thanks, he didn't head that way" ( meaning in the direction of RD's house).

Her remark is remarkable () because how would she know which direction Gannon went if she was downstairs working out at the time? Which she had earlier stated.

I believe this was before RD had gone through his video footage himself. IMO

ETA: This may have been Monday evening, not Tuesday.

It’s in a news reporting. Also the other neighbor was quoted in a news report. I’ll have to go find then if needed as reference.

Yeah, that would have been a little awkward for her if he showed her a video of herself coming home and getting out of the truck with no Gannon.

She would have come up with some excuse but he probably would have been able to tell if she was lying. I wonder if he suspected her right away.

Honestly it did cross my mind to wonder what effect this virus would have on Landen and the family's ability to travel back and forth to CO....if she is not there long-term. But I don't think she is.

But what video? He claims that he didn't find the video of her coming and going in the truck until after the next weekend. She left way before that.

Maybe he was talking about his camera footage in general. I didn't hear that part of the interview but that's what I would assume he meant. Maybe he got suspicious after that and that's why he was staying up late and going through all the footage again and specifically looking at the footage from Monday before she claimed he left the house.

I think certain people group things up. Like instead of naming something like Kindle, they group em up in "elecyronics".

With her, it's a "I could care less which one it is. It was his, and he dropped it. Big deal!"

I can clearly hear her day something like this. She is only interested in her....

Or she just doesn’t know what it is....my husband and my kids have “electronics” that I couldn’t name for my life because I am not into electronics personally. My telling someone my daughter used her “xyz thingie” isn’t nefarious or uncaring....I just don’t know what it is. Not defending her just saying IMO the wording doesn’t necessarily mean anything at all.

I think just a general, "Hey, want my ring videos to see if you can see him?" He could have asked before he himself even saw any of it.
On our n'hood pages people always offer up their video surveillance to others after a car break-in or something.

But TS did not have time for all of that. She was too busy renting a car and possibly relocating a body and ditching evidence.

The official complaint says about all the charges “on or about 1/27/2020.” So, to me, that leaves it open to certain actions taking place before or after Monday.

Thank you. I don't have a way to watch. Does anyone remember what day RD said this happened? Seems it would have had to be Mon or Tues before TS was gone from the house. And I still don't see why RD wouldn't just look at the video himself but maybe that's just what I would do in that situation. If I saw a child that maybe was maybe wasn't GS, then I'd go to one of the Stauchs.
