• Big Wave Car Wash
• Petco (on N. Nevada Ave)
• Nintendo Product Support
• Several banks and credit card companies
• A cloud computing company
• Avis Rental and Enterprise Rental
• Kohls
• Subway
• Several gas stations
• Tile Inc (hmmm could this have to do with replacing flooring?)
• Vapor Source (I'm assuming this is a vape shop)
• Widefield Water and Sanitation and some other utility companies
• Ring (door bell cameras!)
• Verizon
• Memorial Hospital Security (this might be one in Abilene, Kansas - close to Salina)
• Some school district contacts
• A business called "EZ Lock" - can't find any info on this
• USAA
• Lots of individuals, including some that might be Gannon's friends (poor kiddos having to be involved in this!)
• Gannon's sister
• Gannon's step sister!

This witness list can pretty much tell us where she was.

Since his "Request for Sealing the Affidavit Warrant" was filed by the D.A. Michael Allen, he has stated in Court that he has no objection to the unsealing of the Arrest Warrant now.

The judge will make an Order, likely tomorrow morning - to Unseal the Arrest Warrant and accompanying Affidavit.

I hate typing this but need to for justice for Gannon ; and we're not going to give up and stop helping him, ever !
We participate in this forum to help find justice for the victims and that is all.

As to count 1 :
LE know he is dead at the hands of TS. What is so sad are the words, "in a position of trust with respect to the victim..."
How despicable that the one person whose care he was in betrayed that trust !

As to count 2 : LE know that TS abused him prior to his death. How long this went on we may never know.
Unfortunately the step mom's daughter whom she brought into the cousin Itt interview will have a lot of evidence from memory of having to live in that household.
The daughter is no doubt a victim of TS' controlling and mind games.

As to count 3 and 4 : The worst ones of all imo, and hints at the evidence collected by LE.
It sounds like TS "...Willfully destroyed, mutilated, concealed, removed, or altered a human body...with intent to impair its' verity or availability..."

So that no one can tell who it is if he's found.
She may have removed teeth or fingertips ; alluding to TS saying Gannon's blood would be found on the woodworking tools.
I have doubts that LE would have ever looked at the tools, if TS hadn't told them to check them, for part of her defense "excuses".

But if Gannon is found -- who else would it be ?

No one else in that area has had an 11 year old go missing.
The utter stupidity of this perp is beyond astounding.

LE must have knowledge and proof that this was committed, hence the severity of the charges !

As he went from being a live boy to a non-living boy in her custody, she had custody first of him - and then his body.

Now the body is gone. She did something. She did not keep the boy with her, she did not call 911 when he died, and she did not bring his body to a hospital or other proper place.

Gannon was with her; died while with her; then disappeared from her custody and she won't say where or how. He's not in the truck. He's someplace else. She did it.

Tampering.

In the D2 document where the defense asks that LE does not try to obtain records regarding the defendant, including records for drug and alcohol addiction, it seems to imply that TS has some sort of history of addiction. They also mention military records. I'm not sure what all that means.

Why would they specify those two things in particular?

Possible explaination for your questions (JMO):
Serotonergic meds are very addictive to some people. In her booking photo, her left eye is prominently offset and her pupils appear to be dilated in response to light. Hence the shades played off as Kardashian's, I'm guessing. Acetylcholine response caused from Serotonergic acetylcholinesterase inhibition looks like drugs maybe? Maybe ruling out drugs would confirm a psychiatric rx was written for her?

If 1 holds, 2 would probably follow. Dependent medical care records are military records. The nature of care is damning, perhaps?
