You'd think they would have ways of verifying those videos without calling each neighbor to the stand. (?)
I think this list is just the witnesses they've used to bring the complaint. I don't think it's the trial witness list.

Dear @oviedo,

Thank you for these important words.

I intend to light a candle and take a moment or two in silence for Gannon before I read the document.

This has been such a hard case for us to follow. It's been so hard on the heart.

I don't know if I could have followed Gannon's case without being in the midst of such compassionate and caring people here. I really don't think I could have.

This has been a difficult journey we've taken together, throughout all of the threads, and I deeply appreciate everyone here and the heartfelt loss we've all felt for Gannon. This young boy, we've never met, yet he fell into our hearts.

My heart is with Gannon's loved ones suffering the tremendous loss of their Gannon being torn from their lives. I know we all feel this way.

May they hold one another close, surrounded by love and support.
Beautiful words- thank you - I won’t be around for a few days so I hope everyone stays well and somehow Our boy is found
JMO

Witnesses can't be sleuthed, but the witness list is interesting with respect to Pg 4, Department of Corrections.

You may discuss behind the scenes, but NOT on the public thread.

I'm surprised it has been released anyway.

Yikes, so now I'm not sure. Thank you for posting.

Either way, something happened at the hospital and we'll get to know during trial at some point. Maybe Colorado Springs will be more telling if it was a hospital visit where Gannon had been injured in the past (from that awful woman losing control more than once)?

Total speculation on my part.
Maybe just the advice nurse phone call or prior events definitely possible imo

He died around 3 years after they divorced, I believe. At any rate, he died in October 2014 and she married AS a few months later in 2015 (January, I think.) So I don't know why TS would have cared what her ex was doing by late 2014 unless there was a custody issue. Or the ex disliked AS and custody became an issue for that reason. JMO

I'm going to respectfully disagree with the bolded above. LS (I won't call her TS, because that T is a "pet" name, and she's no pet) seems the type who is spiteful and holds grudges, MOO. But there are still reasons to get mad at an ex, even if you are the most forgiving person, especially when you have a kid together. Custody, parenting choices, spousal support, etc. So infinite possibilities for her to still have issues with him, real or not.

I’d find it had to believe that AS never saw the impulsive, rageful, aggressive, violent side of TS before, and yet he said, “If he thought for one moment she would hurt my kids I wouldn’t let her near them.” Could she be that good an actress? Is it even possible for someone with that kind of rap sheet to contain themselves for over 5 years?

That Endorsed Witness List is impressive, isn't it?

I'm seeing some familiar LE/FBI names.

One of the names I recognize is Special Agent Charles Defrance...he's someone who also worked the Kelsey case.

I remember his name because Dan May singled him out for praise during his post-sentencing presser.

Looks like the DA's office has once again assembled a stellar team of investigative specialists to testify in this case.

JMO.

Too bad no Tammy Lee. Maybe she didn't own a lime green sweater?

Maybe her house keys had a Tile on them and she realized at some point so she needed to chuck them. Could be what they were looking for in the snow? She maybe needed a locksmith to get into the house.
As far as the Petco loss and prevention, it could be that she “lost” her phone there during her first trip and had to go back and pick it up? MOO

Yes, it is UC Health Memorial Hospital, but locals call it Memorial because the prefix changes all the time.
Does it have a children’s ER?

So, I'm confused. Are we expecting to see the arrest affidavit tomorrow?

https://www.courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file/Court_Probation/04th_Judicial_District/El_Paso/20CR1358/001/Request for Sealing of Arrest Warrant.pdf

Since his "Request for Sealing the Affidavit Warrant" was filed by the D.A. Michael Allen, he has stated in Court that he has no objection to the unsealing of the Arrest Warrant now.

The judge will make an Order, likely tomorrow morning - to Unseal the Arrest Warrant and accompanying Affidavit.

This gave me chills. SO many questions, and we are inching closer to the answers. I hope everyone keeps in mind that only a tiny fraction of people are following this case closely.

Even here on WS, there are people who do not look through every document. But those who do take the time will find it so interesting and enlightening. There's always more to learn about human psychology - and the law.

So those are very accurate? (like it would tell *your keys are in the couch cushions, NOT the fridge?)

They communicate with ANY nearby phone with the app installed, reporting back to the home company server, so that you can view their location on a map. On a local level, you can ping them from your phone and cause them to beep so that you can find them in your couch cushions.

Any locals seeing LE activity in an area previously searched?

On the recent Nancy Grace video posted today the reporter being interviewed says TS did drive like and hour and a half up to Play it Again Sports for a bike but didn’t buy one. that’s 45 mins north of Petco, which is another 30 something mins from the house. Wow, I bet they are looking up up there. I wonder how far that is from the Colorado boarder. It struck me that she might have put him somewhere just out of state to throw everyone, including LE n searchers, off.

The witness list is interesting.

Items to note IMO:
  • Waste Management Transfer Station in Colorado Springs
  • Big Wave Car Wash
  • Petco (on N. Nevada Ave)
  • Nintendo Product Support
  • Several banks and credit card companies
  • A cloud computing company
  • Avis Rental and Enterprise Rental
  • Kohls
  • Subway
  • Several gas stations
  • Tile Inc (hmmm could this have to do with replacing flooring? EBM - Nope, not flooring. It's the Tile keychain thing. I guess LS must have had one of those on her keychain!)
  • Vapor Source (I'm assuming this is a vape shop)
  • Widefield Water and Sanitation and some other utility companies
  • Ring (door bell cameras!)
  • Verizon
  • Memorial Hospital Security (this might be one in Abilene, Kansas - close to Salina)
  • Some school district contacts
  • A business called "EZ Lock" - can't find any info on this
  • USAA
  • Lots of individuals, including some that might be Gannon's friends (poor kiddos having to be involved in this!)
  • Gannon's sister :( :( :( :(
  • Gannon's step sister!

This witness list can pretty much tell us where she was.
There is an EZ in lock in Colorado Springs, I wonder if that is actually what it should be.

Yes, I am wondering this as well based on some activity. Is this the day Gannon comes home?
