OMG, your reaction, do tell

The Complaint and Information! Reads like a Who's Who! I'm impressed and if they give it to our person who is innocent doncha know, perhaps just the sheer volume of paper hitting the desk will inspire her to get real.

A massive amount of work there.

MOO, MOO

Wow! That witness list! These law enforcement officials have been very hard at work! They have worked relentlessly to get justice for Gannon! Bless them. And we ain't seen nothin' yet.

On page 7 of the document, there is another interesting one-- Hospital Security on 1400 East Boulder St. Security footage?

I am having the same feeling that is how Gannon was dropped off or hidden. I think she might have been able to carry him further depending on her strength. I use to lift a 70 pound boy from his wheelchair often during a day at work. He was no help in my lifting. I might even add she could have put him on the ground and rest between carrying to the final location. This is what I think might have happened in my opinion too.
Dragging is possible as well with/if snow

Any locals seeing LE activity in an area previously searched?
AS in which previously searched area do u think they May have returned to? If we were hypothetically guessing of course.

That Endorsed Witness List is impressive, isn't it?

I'm seeing some familiar LE/FBI names.

One of the names I recognize is Special Agent Charles Defrance...he's someone who also worked the Kelsey case.

I remember his name because Dan May singled him out for praise during his post-sentencing presser.

Looks like the DA's office has once again assembled a stellar team of investigative specialists to testify in this case.

JMO.

Did they read all of these charges out loud in court yesterday?

It isn't a good sign. LE might know exactly LS' route, and located along that route might be a waste management location, dumpster or other refuse container. If TS did what that suggests, Gannon might never be found. I need not expand on that.

Yes, I know this in the back of my mind but just not ready to accept it.......I never will :(:(
This case just gets worse and worse.

can someone repost the report they are reading, I'm a little behind.. :(

I would think his video speaks for him. Why would they ask him to interpret it?
If they were going to have someone testify about it, I would think an expert from Xfininty. They could refute in talk of editing the video and/or changing the date, etc.

Witnesses can't be sleuthed, but the witness list is interesting with respect to Pg 4, Department of Corrections.

You may discuss behind the scenes, but NOT on the public thread.
I saw that, but wondered what makes it interesting to you?

I
Some possible witnesses that stand out to me: Liana Stauch, Car wash employee, Nintendo employee, DEA (agent?), Coroner
wonder if he had chats on Nintendo or if they are looking for time stamps. Sometimes you are live chatting with other players in real time.

I assume that the witness list on pp.15-17 would be for video surveillance footage.

Wow. That is more than a mountain of witnesses with evidence. I am relieved they have this much. I do feel that they must have some great information on where to look for this boy. I am hoping for a very, very, very warm spring with lots of snow melt.

Perhaps you and I live in different parts of the world?

First, there was no jury present. I don't know about you, but I see a difference in the behavior of participants when there is no jury present. Every judge I know (ask your neighbor) has much more formal expectations of decorum (sometimes getting downright onery about it) when there is a jury. There is no jury yet in this case.

Most of the public is not watching these brief snippets of proceedings. Only people who are deeply into WS or reddit or social media have even the slightest clue about how those PD's were behavior (and of those, half would probably think their behavior was actually comforting and fair - insofar as the defendant is presumed innocent).

Behind closed doors is completely different and would take many, many posts to discuss.

I do agree that the shielding behavior of the one PD is really out of the ordinary and I would not allow it if I could prevent it. But judges cannot act as media advisors or television producers. If they allow media, then the Defense Counsel gets to respond as they wish, as long as not illegal.

I personally find their behavior entirely necessary - but that's a different topic. I also believe the Judge knows exactly why the PD is behaving as they are and they have spoken to him about it prior to the proceedings we saw. IMO, some behavioralist (probably FBI) has advised the parties as to how and why such behavior may be advisable or even necessary.

Once again, all this debate over what may be necessary or professional behavior on the part of the Defense is merely going to lead to one place: We, the public, will see far less if we don't take into account how Defense Counsel has to behave in order to best represent their client - not the State's interest - but the Defendant's interest.

It's in no one's interest if TS literally goes apesh!t consistently in the courtroom. Not at all.

I mostly agree with the points made in this post. There may have been reasons unknown to us to shield TS.

I do not have much direct court room experience (other than several sessions of jury duty) but whether there were unknown reasons or not, I personally didn't find the shielding of TS by her attorney weird or unusual. So that's the point at which I may disagree with @10ofRods.

Here's why: In all the televised trials I've watched (I know yesterday wasn't a trial) I have never seen a situation where the camera was seemingly so close to a defendant and so focused on her/him. The court room camera may not have been physically close to TS, but the ONLY close-ups of people we got were of TS and the blonde defense attorney. We saw faces of other people--- the family, the officer, the judge, the DA and his team, the other defense attorney....but no other extreme close-ups that I recall. (Could have missed them while I strained to hear the soft audio though.) But we were even given an extreme close-ups of TS's handcuffs! I found that kind of weird and it felt very intrusive to me.

When I've watched other televised trials, I didn't feel like an intruder. I felt like an observer. Yes, I saw the defendant's face at various points, but the camera wasn't overly-focused on him/her.

Avis Car Rental and Enterprise Car Rental

No Budget?
Did miss it?
I wondered if that receipt was bogus.
Budget/Avis is the same, but why Enterprise too. Credit card bills telling the tales imo
