No one picked up on the blood splatter experts on the list so I thought I’d mention it

That Endorsed Witness List really is a treasure trove of information, when you look at the witnesses, where they work, where they're physically located, etc.

Potentially, there's quite a bit that can be gleaned from that list…I'm going to work on breaking it down this weekend.

Looking at that list of potential witnesses, one begins to understand how the DA has managed to amass over 1,000 pages of discovery to date.

JMO.

Closed for review. Won't take long but just don't want things to go any further.

Thread is open again.

As WS is victim friendly, please bear in mind that family and/or friends can be reading here at any given time. Yes, this is a crime forum but such graphic, gruesome speculation on COD that is not based on known fact is just not necessary.

Again a reminder to just Report posts instead of responding to them and bickering which creates a whole mess to clean up.

Post responsibly and respectfully.

Here is the correct search area from today. My apologies for prior misinformation. Found it interesting that Jimmy Camp Creek is between these two roads. Jmo

If they just took the recordings into evidence, I don't know that they'd need the neighbor himself as a witness.
So the neighbor can testify that this video is from his home security camera.

Thanks. Wow, so there is a big park there. Also airport nearby. US Army Reserve Center too. What else is near there? Looks like some kind of construction site??

I think the "EZ Lock" witness listed may be a local locksmith. The address listed is an apartment and nowadays many locksmiths work out of their home. I don't think that witness has anything to do with a Dremel attachment. It's local.
Maybe she needed to break into someone’s gun cabinet. Or maybe a car trunk, storage locker, apartment where she knows there is a gun or something.

I don't know what they look like in America but maybe she could have pulled the car along side it and that would make it easier from a height perspective if you know what I mean.

MOO

or from the back of the pickup! I think that would be possible as some retail dumpsters have sliding side doors and that would require very little lifting.

Thanks for all you’re efforts @Trocroc9. So much appreciated. Where is this? Near the home? Is this close to the area @SalMAnder had mentioned before that she had driven to?

Actually someone here did, I think.
I have to read backwards a bit.

Just want to add a map to show that it is only a few miles from Mandan Drive to that area between Bradley and Marksheffell. This search area would fit for many who have speculated that he was close to home to support TS saying he ran away.

She left her phone at home supposedly. Maybe she stole something (untraceable) to use in the crime, and bought something also that day as a ruse/diversion. Maybe whatever it was, she didn’t want on the receipt. I thought of this a while ago. Must have been something not too big in order to steal it.
I don't think she would have risked stealing anything from any retail store. I think maybe she was seen on camera at that Walmart and the witness will testify or verify the camera footage, time and date stamp, etc. JMO

Edited to correct wrong detail.

Ive been following along since Gannon disappeared but I’m sure I missed a ton of good discussion so forgive me if I’m bringing up subjects that have already been mentioned. I haven’t caught up on this thread yet but I wanted to mention a few things that stood out to me. This is all JMO.

I think she drugged or poisoned Gannon just short of death, waited until he could barely get to the car on his own then drove him somewhere and left him there. On the way to taking him wherever she wound up she may have told Gannon what she was going to do just to enjoy the terror she caused in him. I think she felt she had every right to abuse and terrorize Gannon. She a martyr and deserving of sainthood. She feels justified in getting rid of him. I think she’s that f***ed up.

I don’t think she will ever admit to the abuse or tell where she put Gannon. I think she’ s very much like Arias in the sense that she loves the sound of her own voice. She thinks she’s smarter than everyone else, including her attorneys. She gave interviews and posted on social media defending herself (badly), while barely mentioning Gannon. If her attorneys advise her to shut up, she’ll ignore them. Death penalty or not, I think she’ll roll the dice and take her chances with a jury just like Arias. She’ll love dragging it out as long as possible because it will hurt everyone who loves Gannon. She’ll want to testify because she “ knows” she can convince the jury she’s a poor innocent little lamb who is being persecuted by LE. I won’t be shocked if she invents a scenario in which she had to defend herself from Gannon.

I don’t believe she was ever a real PhD candidate. I find it hard to believe she has a degree of any sort but I assume she must because a school district hired her. I think it’s absolutely appalling that she was able to get a job anywhere near children with her background. Convictions or not, where there’s smoke there’s usually a fire. My mother taught 2nd grade and was an assistant principal for 48 yrs. Anyone who wanted to spend unescorted time in the school for any reason had to have a background check. Anyone convicted of a crime involving a child or with an open or substantiated COS case was not allowed in the school unless escorted by staff.

back to lurking...

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I see a coroner listed on the witness list. What would a coroner look at as far as evidence if there wasn't a body?

If there is blood spatter then maybe it points to a gun being used ?
But that wasn't mentioned in the complaint doc. link.
