It is on page 20. Coroner from Butler County which I believe is in Ohio.
Thanks.
Haven't had time to read all of the witnesses.
There are a ton !

If the

If there wasn't a gun involved then why was there a “Shooting Incident Reconstruction” expert brought in. I thought about this a while ago. Clean easy not too messy.

Totally possible, but I could see that situation being covered in a "here's why it didn't go down this way". I'm not planting a flag on no firearms used, but it seems unlikely to me because I'm more of the opinion she didn't plan to kill, but it happened. And she went into cleanup mode.

any surprises on the witness list?
Ya lots

Memorial hospital
Subway
Car wash
Locksmith
Ohio coroner
DEA agent
And more...

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I see a coroner listed on the witness list. What would a coroner look at as far as evidence if there wasn't a body?

Confirmation of evidence found that would be indicative of death- without whatever they found, he could not physically survive

GANNON is my hero! Lots of ways to make blood splatter, unfortunately.
It could be tomorrow that the arrest affidavit is released.

The fact that the complaint Affi. didn't mention a weapon makes me think they don't know this yet ?

No, I’m glad you brought it up. Thanks. Cause Jimmy has not left my mind. As I was still believing that he did runaway back then. It was the only thing that made sense to me at the time. MSM, speculation, reasoning and SM influenced that specific target. I still think it’s an option for fresh eyes. I think he’s close. In the Fountain Creek area.
BBM-- same here

"Car wash..." :(

Remember TS saying Gannon had cut his foot and that's why there would be blood on the truck or car ?

Where are you getting Walmart from?

I think the confusion with Walmart is that someone commented on here a minute ago that they worked loss prevention at Walmart and ... gave his/her opinion on why Petco L/P was called as a witness.

If there is blood spatter then maybe it points to a gun being used ?
But that wasn't mentioned in the complaint doc. link.

Blood splatter can be from anything that produces blood, hurt foot in the garage, blunt force trauma, stabbing, fall down the stairs, bloody nose. Could be as simple as ruling out bloody nose excuse. These people also do crime scene reconstruction. I'm about to dig a little deeper on the specific people they listed as witnesses (as opposed to the dozen or so listed on their website) MOO

GANNON is my hero! Going thru her former life, coroner for ex-husband, probably a nothing burger, one could only hope...

Here for Gannon.

Buried under final exam studies . . . so today's treats are a bit late.

Wow, that complaint list!

I'm thinking the Subway was just a stop for lunch/dinner.
Wonder what the in-store cameras picked up ?
Just TS ?

Reminds me of someone who had to stop at a Sonic....

Good point.
There are no stupid questions. :)
Ask away.
Actually that's interesting as aren't there forensic departments in a coroner's line of work ?
Anyone want to answer that ?

I didn't see a coroner on the list.
It was lengthy and I'd read through it all but missed that.
I remember seeing something. Seems like her name was Karen. A specialist from Maryland? I think. I cringed at every word and ran right past most every stinging word.

Where are our resident psych and medical members? Huge dilated pupils, not much blinking, staring, one facial expression, unwashed, etc. Yet she flares her nostrils when leaving and the finger salute through court *imo What am I (we) looking at?

* eta: Not a Dx- as not allowed- is it rage, possible meds, possible withdrawal, anger, an act?
