So the Switch could have picked up a wi-fi signal while near a Starbucks or something. I remember her saying it was missing, so we all speculated it was along for the Monday drive.
What is missing?

She is calculating. Even how she tried to handle herself in that hearing.
You got that right! Her every action begs the question, "how can it benefit TS"?

Life has got to be a living hell for him these days. Hindsight is always 20-20, and if he's like most people, he's probably going back through previous incidents, kicking himself for not picking up on something. I would imagine LE has questioned him at length about noticing something that is missing in the house. I'm guessing they've questioned all the family members at length, and I hope they've been very considerate of their feelings at this point.

From the neighbor's video, it appears she put *something* in the truck, but what? Some have speculated it was a long gun, but I would bet she had the 2X4 in there and didn't want GS to see it - or anyone else in the neighborhood to see it. I hope today is the day they find GS.

Or a baseball/softball bat bag. For reasons I can't go into, pretty sure both AS & LS played at one point in time so potentially would have equipment sitting around the garage. Even though I'm sure they had guns in their house, bullets/shell casings can be traced to a gun & gun powder residue is hard to get rid of on clothes, material, etc. and it's pretty easy to tell if a gun's been shot recently. It's definitely a possibility, but for many reasons I lean toward a bat.

No I may Be mistaken but I thought you were the one that took a drive to Lorson Ranch and you were concerned about the Jimmy Creek area.

ETA: here’s your post that struck me. I think there was a lot that was cleaned up after this post so I won’t rehash it. But I do remember your creepy concerns about that area.

I drove out to Lorson Ranch today and just drove around the general area, specifically around the church and the more rural area surrounding the neighborhood. I couldn't find the school.. There is so much traffic off of Marcsheffel. The Jeremy Camp Creek area off Peaceful Valley (near the church) is grown over and more like a dry creek bed. And kind of creepy feeling. I didn't go in the neighborhood itself, so I didn't even know the crime lab was there at the house again. Until just now when I looked at Twitter. Seeing the signs for Gannon at the entrance of the neighborhood struck me straight in the gut.
Jumping off this. I still think there is a strong possibility he is near the church. Explains forgiving herself. Explains why she said he’s alive. Moo

i recall seeing something relating to the Tile tracking thing on the witness list and found this interesting as it was first thing that popped up in a google search on how to track a nintendo switch

I made the suggestion of a tracker on a switch back when searchers were sifting through snow. Parents in my family use them because switches are expensive and easily lost or stolen.

I feel so good that this is listed on the docs. So many things track us nowadays. I think T was so caught up in committing murder she didn't consider every possible way she was tracked.

I felt a gut punch (gag) today-it finally clicked - her capacity for deception is the impalpable. I’d really appreciate the truth and a guilty plea from TS.

Kudos—-love knowing she was too hurried to consider all the technology.

Unless the '' Cloud Saves '' was activated it won't back up anything, also the Nintendo Switch does not have any type of geo-tracking unless you buy '' Tile Mate '' this will allow you to track pretty much anything including the Nintendo Switch.

I could have used this back when my kids were little. What a nightmare if they lost a backpack. Everything inside had to be replaced. Hoodies, books, calculators, etc etc.

Adding one more thing to think about with the locksmith, often they can re-key vehicles too. So while on her travels she realized the key chain had a Tile tracking device on it and she had to chuck it or "loose" the key chain on purpose, she could have the locksmith re-key it. MOO

I'm realizing I'm pretty clueless re: a lot of technology. But if a tile was connected to a car key and that posed a problem, why not either

1. Get a copy made of the key then dispose of the one with the tile.

OR

2. Peel off the tile and get rid of it after permanently deleting it from the device? Of course, LE may be able to restore the missing info but wouldn't they also be able to track the "lost" key anyway?

I'm not really understanding when TS would have had time to get her car ignition re-keyed. And would a locksmith do that on a leased car? (Is it possible for a service person to tell the car is leased?) Or are we talking about there being a tile on the key for AS's truck? And if so, wouldn't the tracker info likely be on his phone?
I'm not getting this.

I'm not sure it was a calculated performance.

I have noticed in both her court appearances her face appears to have a "flat affect" that is often seen in people with disorders like Depression or Schizophrenia.

It is also common in people who are simply emotionally detached which I think is the case with TS.

It's pretty clear that she has no empathy for Gannon or any of his family. She might be capable of voluntarily removing herself from any emotions or it might just be the way she is. Empty and devoid of any emotions.

I would think she would have to be to have done something like this, but I do think she has a lot of anger and resentment. Her behavior before and after the crime certainly seems to be calculating. It must have taken a huge amount of motivation and energy to go about covering up the crime. She must be exhausted.

Imo
Paranoid delusional episode heightened with mania has been my take on her behavior.

Oh, I never knew she mentioned “missing Switch”. Oh frock, that’s huge!!! Give it up TS.

LS is a cruel and evil woman. She knew the family’s weaknesses. She discounted their strengths. She thought her most heinous actions would only be successful so long as she took them boldly. Without hesitation. Without fear. No soul. No compassion. Evil dark lurker fits her to a Tee. Prosecution is dotting their I’s and crossing their Tee’s.

She’s going down. Flushed into the bowels of the she-pen prison awaiting her. For now, she sits wearing her suicide color-coded jumpsuit waiting until her next drink of water and a sandwich. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Still waiting...

o_O lease and mileage discussion—she used them as alibi for car rental.
It’s a bad strategy to pre-splain rental car especially when she attempts to loop AS into her scheme. WOW!

Regarding the Nintendo Switch. Even though it's a mobile gaming system, you have to be connected a hotspot for it to access online gaming outside of the home. It also doesn't have GPS tracking other than connecting to public hotspots. Otherwise if Gannon played it while out and about he would merely just be playing a game himself & not on the network if not near a hotspot or other wireless. Not leaning toward this because IMO he wasn't in any condition to play a video game that morning. And what purpose would TS have in taking it along? Remember her original story was Gannon ran away, without his phone.

I think it's more likely that he played it in the house online "remotely" with friends other times in the home and they witness that they heard or saw something regarding abuse. When my kids play I can also hear their friend on the other end, so it's possible another parent may have heard something. Maybe it had a Tile attached to it and LS chucked it out along her travels. Calling a Nintendo expert as a witness leads me to believe that they want to access Gannon's gaming account. He may have had a Playstation that he played games on at home & that leads to a ton of possibilities because he could've used it for messaging friends or maybe one of them/parent heard something while playing online with him. They would need access to his Nintendo account for this.

I do not recall her ever saying the switch was "missing". I do remember her mentioning that he dropped the switch on Monday when he was getting into the truck, and she picked it up for him
