Many thanks! I know nothing of law. I know they have asked for this but could judge say no to the request? It seems to me like if somebody had a substance-abuse problem it might have a bearing on a crime they committed that information should be allowed.

Sometimes it’s so hard for my emotional self to accept so many laws/rules that are put into place to protect innocent people, and makes me so mad when they can be used to help guilty people!

Yes AS requested she return the dog immediately, when he filed for divorce. it was discussed here at length.
Im curious what LS told Al when he arrived home and realized his puppy was gone.
This is news worthy in my opinión.
A possible new witness for the prosecution.

I took it as an inference of setting up someone in her past that deserved to be punished. Ex - Who should I set up for this. MOO
You are correct about the context she spoke it. Her language speaks punitive. She determines who does and does not deserve to be punished. Self-appointed judge, jury, and executioner.

I am thankful the board was found !

Forensics specialists can determine what type of blood and if it was from a cut foot or internal/vomiting.

I am thankful too!

Thanks for this. I thought I heard it on her podcast, but wasn't sure where. Started then stopped soon after because that woman drives me crazy. Thanks for taking one for the team.

Her marriage to AS was going south. In her mind, she seduced and conquered a man that was at the end of his rope with her. She was taking care of his children with someone else. She was seething.

With all of the pictures the family has posted | released
I can’t recall any showing their dogs
In terms of the dog AS is asking to be returned. IIRC, the dog's age was listed as four months old. So that may be why we haven't seen many pictures.
Can't speak to the age of the other dog.

Please, can someone point me to the pages, links, etc. where it is reported that RD offered his video footage to LS? Thank you so much, as I am perpetually behind. JMO
It is on a Nancy Grace podcast around minute 29 on "He could barely walk..."

Agreed. You can generate a lot of force with a board of that size. My thoughts, however, are that she used the board to finish him off when she got him to a remote location. And then, she tossed the board into a field where she didn't think it would be found -- along with the sock(s) she wore on her hands to keep her DNA off the board (or to protect her hands from a splintery board end). I think the injury on Sunday was to his stomach/bowel, hence the "pooping pants" thing. Also, it could have resulted in the saucer size blood pool on the carpet because he would not be able to keep himself from expelling blood in his intestines.

JMO

MOO
If I am wrong, I will stand corrected. "Pooping his pants" is a piece to this puzzle. If this occurred while sitting in the backseat of the truck, she might use enzyme cleaner to remove it. I believe UV light will expose the areas she cleaned.

100% Justice!

Yes, agreed. Alcohol brings out the monsters.

Brings us back to Petco, enzyme cleaners available for these things. Also, works on wine spills, (side note).

When did we learn that when AS got home, the puppy was gone? Do you mean when he got back to the house, from Oklahoma, on the 28th January the dog was already gone?

My understanding from RD speaking to Dave Mack from Crime Online. RD at the very beginning offered LS his footage. He is taking her word. Trusting her. I am not sure if he actually watched it at this point. IF he did he is looking at the timeframe provided by LS (3:15 - 3:30 Monday).

Starting around 29:00

“I went over to his house and I was like hey I have a camera that I can see if anyone came by and picked him up, do you wanna watch it? and first thing SHE said was NO, he went the other way, he didn’t come towards the HOUSE…so I didn’t think anything of it…..

Saturday, Feb. 1, the FBI goes door to door, his curiosity is piqued when they take footage from the days before Gannon is missing.

MOO I really appreciate this post!

“So that Saturday the FBI and cops were going around asking people if they could watch our cameras, coming around asking people for video. He looked at mine and he went back to SATURDAY. My wife and I went to the movies, but when I came back, I was like hmmm why did he go back to SATURDAY.

So when I got back home I went through hundreds and hundreds of videos.

I watched the video at least 20 to 30 times to make sure. That is when I went to his house and showed him (AL).

They took 60-70 videos that I recorded. They have all of it. Day and night. My video records 24hrs."

Thank GOD for Roderick. All the quotes attributed to RD are confusing. The above helped me understand the timing better. IF FBI was just going around Saturday to secure the videos, RD is a hero. He watched the video likely before the FBI even had time to do so, as they just took it from him that Saturday morning? Add in the infamous IT interview and RD now has many reasons to study all of his footage and he has lots of it.[/QUOTE

I really appreciate this post! JMO ( edited because my first post didn't post correctly??)

Thank you, @kittythehare . It is my choice to believe RD is a decent man who had the courage and conviction to come forward with very pertinent video. It is not his fault that events beyond his control occurred.
To those who are being less than kind and charitable, I ask you, do you want to be “those people” who would discourage someone in another future case from coming forward?
I have to guess maybe he experienced other things with his neighbor that made him review his video.

Don't think there's been any mention of the dog(s) being missing until he filed the divorce papers and specifically asked for Sophie, the little bulldog to be returned.
