Sure hope this thread sees Gannon home to his parents!
I agree !! Praying LE finds Gannon and his parents can give him a proper burial.

Can they (or she, meaning LS) even demand a speedy trial ??
I am not familiar with all the legal aspects and have not heard that before, so I am curious.
TIA
She could, but it wouldn’t be in her best interests. The sheer volume of evidence is shocking, and it’s going to take her attorneys a long time to go over it.

If she wants the best possible defense then it would be smart to drag this out.

MOO it’s a 30 minute drive (20+ miles) from GOG to the intersection of Hwy 115 and Turkey Creek Road. I don’t consider that close. It’s also a 30 minute drive from my house (which is just 2 miles from Lorson Ranch), and you have to go AROUND Ft Carson to go get to it. Even driving through Ft Carson to get there would take a while. MOO
You are very close to the search area. If you don’t mind my asking would it be possible to pull over on a private side street off Bradley or Marksheffel? Would you be provided privacy in that area ?

@Trocroc9 Are you referring to area where the soiled boxers were found?

The Bradley and Marksheffel intersection is fairly busy. Maybe not late morning/early afternoon. It’s en route to Schriever AFB to the East and Peterson AFB to the north of the intersection. I traveled it a good bit, both directions, last year when my husband worked out in Peyton. However, I’m not very familiar with Marksheffel to the south of Bradley. It does lead straight to Lorson Ranch though. So I wouldn’t consider it out of the realm of possibility.

One set of clothing found along a walking trail was confirmed to be from a homeless woman. The other was confirmed to have been left behind by paramedics after an auto accident. Rumors quickly grow legs. I believe these are both SM rumors, and also unrelated. Moo

Nope I dropped that and was replying to another poster that stated they live close to Lorsen ranch.

Wait... is this a hypothetical question, or are you asking @Pianoturtle to meet you privately on Bradley off Marksheffel? Lol. Jk. I couldn’t help myself.

Re: Fort Carson

Keep in mind there are cameras surrounding the base that monitor both inside and outside the gates - they have video surveillance of the public roadways around it.

She also could go there to shop at the Exchange.

They could have stuff like surveillance of her driving around, records of on-base shopping trips, etc. I wouldn't assume that Ft. Carson being on the witness list confirms that there was evidence found nearby or anything like that. Lots of possibilities there.

Regarding neighbor RD, this was discussed many threads ago and my opinion has not changed. I don't know why it is being rehashed again. I don't think he had any ill intent by revealing anything he saw. He was trying to be helpful, IMO. If the prosecution doesn't want to call him as a witness for whatever reason, that is their decision. For him to be badmouthed as much as he has been ever since the video was released is uncalled for, IMO. He probably wishes he had said nothing. JMO.

@NCWatcher I’m sorry in advance, if this is beating a dead horse. Hoping to clear this up.
In the Crime Online quote that starts with “On Monday”, the news outlet is referring to one week after Gannon’s disappearance. On Monday (Feb 3rd) RD shared the video, showing the events that occurred on Monday, Jan 27th. So this:

- Mon, Jan 27th: missing
- Saturday, Feb 1st: FBI, then Movie, then home late, couldn’t sleep because he knows Gannon’s missing, he’s concerned because the FBI is involved and came to his house that morning, and he thought Gannon might have been abducted because that’s what LS was selling, and RD hadn’t yet seen the clip at this point, so he watched videos on Sat evening Feb 1st.
- Mon., Feb 3rd: RD shares video.
Does that help at all? I think RDs statements have aligned and been consistent. Just my two cents. :)
The reporter knocked on RD's door on Monday. Was allowed to see video. Seperate from RD and law enforcement.

I thought this was interesting. That intelligence being GPS data from the cars or devices?
"We absolutely have to only go to the area where intelligence from this investigation has led us to search those efforts," said Sgt. Deborah Mynatt, public information officer with the Sheriff's Office.

MOO to me her sentence makes no sense. I interpet her as meaning "we absolutely go search where the 'intelligence' of this investigation has led us."

Just searching for answers, does this mean we are looking for a naked Gannon?
i do not think so, because it would contradict Tee, runaway story, what ever she did during the time she dumped his body was most likely done in an attempt to support her statement if he was found quickly. Undressing G would mean people
would question runaway if he was discovered.

people still seem to stick on the idea of Tee leaving AS's truck at the rental place, we did received clarification that she stated her car not the truck.
seeing the red truck actually was AS's vehicle, logic suggests that he would expect and want it available for him to use upon returning home, had it not been that would also have been a massive red flag.
Had G been sick or other in the back she had preslpained he was ill, so hiding it wasn't necessary, even if the back smelt bad she felt she had provided a suitable story to cover that angle.
I highly doubt she did anything inside the truck to leave extra, difficult or impossible to justify evidence.
AS getting home and finding his truck missing would have been a problem for her. IMO

Are they still looking off of Marsheffel?

And is that normally a busy road? Because on Google Maps it’s marked red in a certain section & that leads me to believe that that section is shutdown (either bc of an accident or something else).

Because she didn't plan on video from that angle, FOR DAYS... Little hint to would be murderers - If you can see the camera, the camera can see you!! MOO

AMOO he can be added to the witness list later. I don't see Xfinity on the witness list either.
